BBC sanitises FTAC report

I was contacted Chris Summers of the BBC asking questions about my experiences with the FTAC. I was reluctant to help him because the BBC has repeatedly been told of the abuses that the FTAC get up to and have failed to investigate. He said, and I have no reason to disbelieve him, that the press conference by the police on the Pope’s security was the first time he had heard of the FTAC.

In due course, Mr Summers produced his piece and published it on the BBC website. Although I had not directly assisted him he had used a couple of phases lifted from the blog. He also cited the case of Maurice Kirk.

However, the piece has been truncated and all the references to Mr Kirk and my site quotes have been removed. The report in question as it currently stands at the BBC is to be found here.

Fortunately, the internet is a wonderful thing that never sleeps and never blinks. The history of the piece by Mr Summers can be seen at News Sniffer.

What possible reason would there be to remove one whole side of a reasonably balanced report?

I have e-mailed Mr Chris Summers (chris.summers@bbc.co.uk) to ask him if he got into trouble for his report.

FTAC and the Papal vist

It appears that the existence of the FTAC has become more widely known to the press at a briefing about the security for the Pope's visit. That was probably a mistake as they normally like to keep themselves and what they do a secret.

Let me make it perfectly clear that I have no interest in the Pope, his visit to the UK, or anything else all these sky fairy worshipers get up to. The FTAC have not contacted me about this or any other matter. I get a lot of mail from people that are probably legitimate subjects for the FTAC and none of them have mentioned the Pope either.

Could it be that they are trying to justify their existence in the face of budget cuts? Dr David James is going to have his work cut-out this time. He identified the paranoia of the last regime and their authoritarian desires so they were an easy sale. It’s going to be a lot tougher now.

I came to the attention of the FTAC because I kept on complaining about having my livelihood destroyed by the flooding of imports on fraudulent work-permits. It bankrupted me, made me homeless and destroyed my mental and physical health. I can get no help whatsoever to get my life back together.

I have been subject to the most horrific abuse including police lies and harassment such as banging on my door at 2am waking and frightening the neighbours. I have been abducted from my home and lock up in mental ward where I was subjected to treatment that could be classified as torture. I have been subject to false diagnosis, but have been refused the specific details of what that diagnosis is, the evidence it is based on and how the diagnosis was derived. I cannot get proper healthcare. I cannot get legal representation. I can not get parliamentary representation.

I am alone and without any hope.

Many times I have considered suicide; that is exactly what the FTAC and their masters want. They may get what they wish, but it is going to be on my terms.

All I want to do is work, nothing else. It is all I ever wanted to do.

In the last few days the traffic to this site has shot up. Since the FTAC broke cover everybody has been asking WTF is the FTAC. Since I have been working hard to get good Google rankings for this site, they end up here. Which is nice.

Is Dr Robert Dolan putting his pension ahead of his duties and the truth?

Last week Ian Cowie in the Telegraph postulated that it may have been the fear of loss of his pension that may have been behind the ‘suicide’ of Dr David Kelly. I am wondering if it is a similar fear of a loss of pension that may be behind the reluctance of Dr Robert Dolan to answer the questions I posed to him about my imprisonment.

To recap, I was held prisoner at Mile End Hospital by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson on orders from the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) who themselves were acting on instruction from the Labour government. The diagnosis that ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson made was that I suffer from ‘Persistent Delusional Personality Disorder’. I believe that this is a malicious falsehood.

I have repeatedly asked everyone up to and including the chairman of East London NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Robert Dolan a simple question: For each of supposed delusional beliefs, a) what specifically is that belief, b) what is the proof that do actually hold that belief, and c) proof that the belief is a delusion. I do not think that it is unreasonable. The trust claim to use evidence based diagnosis; so what is their evidence? However, doctors Jonsson, Dolan and everyone else in the trust refuse to answer the question.

The reason why they will not answer the question is that there are no delusions. As I said, it is a malicious falsehood; I was subject to unlawful imprisonment and physical assault. If they answer then it will be shown for what it is and it will led the trust and its personal open to disciplinary proceedings, doctors being struck off, and maybe criminal prosecutions.

If ever I do get a chance to get justice, ‘doctor’ Jonsson will definitely end up in prison. However, Dr Robert Dolan has publically backed Jonsson and as a result is in very grave danger of sharing his fate to some extent. His is very likely to lose his job. With it will inevitably be the loss of his pension.

Could it be that Dr Robert Dolan would put his pension ahead of the truth and his duties? It is a possibly an explanation as to his despicable behaviour.

The economics of the madhouse

I know I said that this blog is closed, but I haven’t finished designing its replacement yet. So I will continue to post here until I do and then I will transfer them over.

On Guido’s blog he has a post about deficit deniers. He finishes his post with the phrase “the economics of the madhouse” Well; I have an anecdote about that. I have said this several times, but I think I would like to repeat it again.

My background is in the development of analytical and trading systems in the financial sector. (However, ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson has decreed that this is all a delusion.) Although I have no expectations of ever working again, it is a subject that I maintain a keen interest in.

I was abducted from my home in November, 2008 while the economic crisis was in full flow. Whilst detained I was denied all access to any serious news sources. All I was offered was random copies of the Metro free newspaper that any members of staff may have picked up on their way to work. I repeatedly asked of a copy of the Financial Times so I could see what was happening. After a few weeks they let me have a copy and I discovered how far things had developed.

The ‘named nurse’ by her own admission had no interest in finance and was more interested in Madonna’s divorce than any thing else in the news. I foolishly pointed out this nurse that when I was free it was a one level and how far it had moved.

At my first tribunal at the end of my first month of imprisonment I was astonished to hear ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson state to the members that I believed I was in control of the global economy. This is as far from my actual belief as it is possible to get. Not only do I not believe that I am in control, I believe the nature of the system is that it cannot be controlled in any significant way and that attempts to do so will destabilise the whole thing.

In her testimony the nurse claimed I was obsessed with the charts that showed a decline. Yes, I looked at the charts a lot: that is how time-series data is presented. The very nature of the crisis was that every asset class was declining with the exception of US Treasuries. That was the important thing.

None of them had ever asked me anything about what I believed, the nature of the subject, my interests, or my interpretation. They just used it to fabricate a malicious fiction to justify their imprisonment of me.

Later in one of the last ward rounds I attended (I refused to go because they were a farce; full of lies of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson who was closed to any evidence), ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson was showing off to his crowd and asked me about my thoughts on the economy. I said, “Technically speaking, you’re fucked.” There was a few laughs and Jonsson invited me to expand on my remark and how I would fix it. I said that there had been gross over spending and the debt was unsustainable. There would have to be massive cuts in public spending. At which point he cut me off and smiled at his audience.

At the end of ward round he offered me medication which I turned down. He said it would help me with my ‘peculiar’ beliefs about the economy. Its strange how things have turned out isn’t it.

Despite Jonsson having been shown to be wrong so many times, East London NHS Foundation Trust led by Dr Robert Dolan still stand by his diagnosis. However, they have never formally told me what my delusions are. Despite me repeatedly requesting answers, they refuse to answer the simple question of a) what are the supposedly delusional beliefs that I hold, b) what evidence do they have that I hold such a belief, c) proof that the belief is actually a delusion. That refusal clearly shows that there is no basis for the diagnosis, it is a malicious falsehood, and I was unlawfully imprisoned.

Fucking, piss-taking, lying cunts

I promised myself that I would never use bad language on this blog, but today I feel driven to it. I am sorry if the language offends.

Part of the home invasion of last week was they were going to arrange a session with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) of Bethnal Green. It was intimated that unless I agreed, they were going to abduct me and lock me up again.

I fully expected that I would hear no more of it, but on Monday at 13:30 I got a call from a Mr Lawford Clough (tel:0207364 3199) offering me an appointment at 15:30 Today. I was not in a position to turn it down. If I did, they could say that they offered to help but I refused. So I agreed. I asked if he could send me confirmation via e-mail, but he said he could not. The tone of his voice was a clear give away when he said that the only had access to internal e-mail. This is odd because it is published in a directory as being lawford.clough@eastlondon.nhs.uk

So I give myself plenty of time today and get there at about 15:20 to find a sign on reception announcing that it was closed and I should use the intercom. The reception staff were in plane view having a gossip in a back room. I try the intercom, but there was no response.

Luckily, the staff took pity on me and offered to help. They took my name and contacted the doctor to say I was waiting down stairs. I was show a waiting area and assured that the doctor would be down in a moment.

The time of the appointment came (15:30) and there was no show. For a full fifteen minutes I waited, but there was no sign that anyone was going to see me nor was there any explanation for the delay. So I left.

It was going to be a short meeting anyway. The first thing I was going to ask was, “do they still stand with ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson’s diagnosis”. They were bound to say yes. At which point there is no way there could be any basis for discussion and I would leave.

There is no hope of justice for me. What really disgusts me is that everyone thinks that this is acceptable.

I am still a free man

Well, ‘the authorities’ have been round to ‘take care of me’. I had one and a half (one was a PCSO) coppers, two doctors, and a social worker round at 4:30pm today with a warrant to enter my home and remove me.

After an hours worth of me ranting about how I was abused by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson; that I have no future; and all I wanted was to be allowed to work, they find that there was no ground to section me and cart me off to Mile End Hospital. So they leave empty handed.

They are going to see if they can arrange for me to have an appointment to with the community heath people to see if the can help. That would be a totally pointless exercise. As far as they may do a fine service to most of the people they deal with; my case is beyond anything they could comprehend.

In the conversation they ask what I need. I tell them that all I want is to be allowed to work; to be treated exactly the same way as every other person in the country.

I point out that there is no prospect of any recovery while the Section III diagnosis stands. It has to be struck down before anything can happen. To achieve that Jonsson has to admit that he has lied. It also requires that I am told the evidence behind the diagnosis. I put it to all of them that asking for a formal statement of the diagnosis and supporting evidence is not an unreasonable request; none of them could retort with a rebuttal. However, it remains the case that I am not allowed this information. The Section III order and the diagnosis are fraudulent and malicious; that is why East London Foundation Trust will not answer the question.

I asked if I can have a meeting with everyone. That is MP’s, FTAC, NHS, DWP, Police, etc and let me present the full timeline of what happened, how I made every effort to live and work as a normal person, and how each of them has screwed up my life. Loads of shrugged shoulders; it is totally beyond all of them.

All that I am likely to get is one or two short “talking therapy” sessions over a period of a year and the recommendation that I take some form of medication. None of these will solve my problem, or ever recognise the fact that the cause was corruption within the previous Labour government.

There is no possibility of improvement until it is acknowledge that I am a victim of crime and that all the abuse that has been inflicted upon me is corrected. That is never going to happen. As we all know, all governments and their servants have a perfection that exceeds the divine.What is beyond me is that despite clear evidence that supports everything I say, none of these so-called professionals will ever entertain the concept that I might be right and what they are doing is morally wrong if not illegal.

I have just had an entertaining telephone call from the council repair service. “We are calling about your recent repair of ‘replace lock and door after forced entry’”

It looks like the cheeky bastards had put in a request for repair before even turning up at my flat. This really shows the evil mentality of these people.

Another visit from the police

The police have been banging on my door again. I refused to let them in. I am all alone here with no witnesses. I cannot do that.

“Can you come out here and talk to us then?” – Yeah, right. After last time I have learned a lot. If I was in a public area, they would cart me off in a second.

I say “Go away”, and go about my business.

After a few minutes they bang on my door again and say, “We’re going now. Just to let you know the authorities are going to be coming round to take care of you”.

What does that mean? They are going to ‘take care of me’ are they? Somehow I don’t think that is going to be in my favour. I am going to be in prison very soon.

Please can all that read this blog remember that I have been begging for help for years and all I have got has been abuse. I am not sick, I am not a criminal; all I want is to be allowed to work on equal terms with everyone else. I am being locked up for wanting to work.

My quest for justice is over

I have failed – there can be none.

My MP refuses to help, like her predecessor. I cannot get a solicitor to help me. Those organisations that are supposed to help (such as MIND, CAB, etc) refuse too. I cannot get healthcare. Far from protection by the police, I am subject to harassment by them (such as 2am visits banging loudly on my door to wake up the neighbours, etc). I am excluded from being allowed to earn a living.

What shall I do now?

I don’t have any plans in place yet. However, it will inevitably involve my death; I do not have a choice. I cannot continue to exist like this; what I have to endure exceeds what any rational being would regard as acceptable. I am not asking to be given anything; I just want to be allowed to work.

The real question is by what means shall my life end and how will others be involved. I don’t know the answer just yet, but I expect it to be very messy and probably a bit disruptive.

Should those that I blame for my ‘misfortune’ feel endangered?

It’s a good job that ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson identified that all the skills, experience and knowledge that I have gained in over fifty years was all a delusion, otherwise I could be very dangerous. Every one of you can rest easy in the knowledge that Jonsson’s diagnosis was flawless; based as it was on well researched evidence and correct procedures.

The documentary evidence from independent sources that backs up my story and contradicts his is nothing to be concerned about.

Website visits from government secure internet gateway

I have only been checking web stats intra-day for the last week or so as I have been pushing my quest for justice. Normally, I just check first thing in the morning over coffee. However, today I have just spotted visits to both my personal site and to this blog from someone in London using the Government’s secure internet gateway. IP Address: 62.25.109.197 – Hello, whoever you are.

I expect that I’ll get another visit from the police later and be abducted from my home like they did before. This time I don’t think there is any chance I will survive for more than a few hours.

If they really want to solve the problem then why not do what I have asked for repeatedly: talk to me properly and not after the police have beaten me up or the doctors have drugged me.

Radical isn’t it. They would say I have unrealistic expectations. Oh well, that is the way of government these days. Theft, betrayal, lies, abuse, violence are all legitimate tools for them. I have been on the receiving end of all of them.

Don’t let us forget my crime that is at the core of all this: I wanted to work.

Clearly the government believes that such desires are deviant and dangerous. Anyone who harbours such delusions must be severely dealt with.

I have a challenge for you. Study my case with an open mind and try to understand.
Rather than write a long e-mail that you will never read may I simply say that I have been through hell and am at the stage when I have nothing left to lose anymore. I genuinely do think that death is my only option.
Briefly, I was formally a very successful freelance IT professional before the Labour government destroyed my livelihood. I have never recovered from what they did to me. This was not for the want of effort, I have tried to get help from everyone I could possibly think of. Every one of them has refused to help.
Unfortunately the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) have become involved and now things are far, far worse. I cannot get healthcare, I cannot get legal representation, I cannot get parliamentary representation, I cannot get protection under the law, I am excluded from earning a living. I am denied things that most people consider basic rights.
I cannot go on living like this. I have a slogan: All I wanted to do was to have earned a living in peace. I hate existing on benefits that will be withdrawn at any time. I have only ever wanted to work.
If I cannot be allowed to work again, may I at least be allowed to die as I describe in my blog.
If you are genuinely interested in social justice then please can we have a meeting to discuss what has been done to me?

If his group has any genuine interest in Social Justice he will meet with me. I can calmly and rationally present a case that shows that I have been subject to horrendous abuse by the state.

I have had my livelihood stolen, denied access to social benefits and housing, denied access to healthcare, denied protection under the rule of law, denied parliamentary representation, and denied access to legal advice and representation. These things are considered rights by most people. However, it is perfectly alright that I cannot have access to them.

None of the schemes that are presented in his latest report will do anything for me; and I doubt that they will for anyone else either. If this group talks to people like me who have seen what actually goes on and have the ability to analyse and formulate solutions then there will be far greater progress.

All that will happen by enacting the schemes described will be deep, widespread suffering and resentment that will probably be expressed through violence. Savings in one budget will be offset by greater spending in other areas. Genuine savings can only be achieved by doing proper research using people who have practical experience.

Euthanasia for the terminally unemployed

Earlier today this blog had a visit from a post I made on AnnaRacoons Blog about Euthanasia for the terminally unemployed. I believe that it should be available more than ever. I think it is cruel to make people continue to live on when there is no chance that they will ever be allowed to have any satisfaction in life at any level. Our only choice is suicide, but there the prospects are grim. Doing physical damage to oneself is painful with the high probability of it not being successful and having to continue in a worse state. I’ve made attempts, obviously failed, and it is the fear of failing again that has prevented me from trying again; up until now.. If successful, the remains may lay undiscovered for some considerable amount of time; it would in my case.

Western culture frowns upon suicide and will punish those that want to cease to exist by imprisoning them. Having spent sometime at the hands of such people I can assure everyone that it is worse than dying. The never ending emptiness of ones life, with nothing to do, nothing to read, nobody to talk to except your jailers, or other prisoners who although nice, were mainly very highly disturbed, and often had learning difficulties. The cleaners did their best to maintain standards, but the other patients reduced the ward to a state of disgusting squalor. I had to endure this emptiness for months on end, without any hope of change. I will never go through that again.

I am not allowed to have a life that is in anyway comparable to the standards that others expect. What is more, I am not allowed to know why. I wish I understood the logic by which this world works. Nobody, except me, thinks that there is anything wrong. In that case, you can keep it, I want no more to do with it.

There is a scene in the classic film Soylent Green that would suit me fine. In this story euthanasia is encouraged and people are treated with some modicum of dignity at their end. I clearly cannot continue, so can I have at least some dignity in death and be allowed to die like this. The alternatives for me are to die alone and let my body rot until the stench becomes unpleasant to the neighbours, or I could do something in public and inconvenience many people.

A nice bit of Beethoven, some pleasant images (can I have Caribbean scenes please) and something to peacefully end life would be nice. Dump the body in the incinerator with the rest of the waste will be fine.

Gentlemen, I am not going to talk to you. You cannot intimidate me by your visits.

If you want to resolve this issue then rethink what you are doing. Let me have the same rights as everyone else. Let me have protection under the law. Let me have access to proper healthcare. Let me have access to legal representation. Let me have access to political representation. LET ME WORK!

I know, they are outrageous and unrealistic expectations.

Another attempt to get a solicitor

It is a futile effort, I know. I have to do things like this as an evidence gathering exercise.

I e-mailed the following solicitor firms last night:

I do not expect to hear from any of them, at least not in a positive way. The best I can expect is a letter claiming that they are ’too busy’.

I’ll give them a few days and then write to the Law Society for advice. Not that anything will come of that, but it may be entertaining to see what response or lack of it I get.

(21:45) I have just looked at the stats for this site. Although Fisher Meredith are far too busy to help me, they found time to make over 100 visits to this site. Google has done it's magic too and the search term "Rachel Short Fisher Meredith" lists this site as number one. I know I should feel guilty about that, but ... er .. um ..[laugh] sorry.

(29Jul 11:00) I've had more than a dozen visits to this blog so far this morning from 'we are too busy' Fisher Meredith. In that time they could have written a letter to Dr Dolan of East London NHS trust to get him to answer the question. I cannot get any form of legal help because of blatant discrimination. It is disgusting.

Thoughts on a sleepless night I

As I go through the final stages before the imminent end I feel the need to express the feelings I have. Mostly this is self-indulgence to clarify things in my own mind, but if it helps others that are going through similar problems then that is a bonus.

I am writing this at around 2am. My sleep patterns are all over the place. Poor sleep hygiene is what the medical types call it. The term reminds me of comedy shows with an adolescent boy being made to ware boxing gloves at night. It is rare that I get a full night sleep, but normally I manage to cope and not suffer during the day. However, this last week has been different with painful headaches and the need to sleep during the day.

Prior to getting up, I was thinking about these last few blog posts. I was thinking of ways to describe just how I felt. The term ‘dirty’ kept coming to mind. I feel physically dirty. My surroundings are dirty. My clothes and possessions are old and worn. I feel ashamed of what I have lost and what I have become.

This is not to say that I am not looking after myself. I am far better than most single men when it comes to cleaning. Equally, I am not talking about obsessive cleaning and still feeling dirty.

The key to understanding my feelings come from something I was reading during the day about loss of identity. A phrase that I keep thinking is “this is not me”. It is as if I have been forced to step back and a barrier erected. The interface between me and the world is a façade that isn’t me at all.

When I look inside myself it is not a pleasant landscape. Though it is not devoid of joy and pleasure, these are rare. What dominate are tears, grief, loss, fear and anger. I have feelings of injustice and a desire for vengeance, but mainly confusion about why this is happening. It just doesn’t make sense at any level or perspective.

What is truly terrifying is when I look deep inside myself; into what some might call ones soul. This is best way to imagine this is to recall a scene from dreadful horror film where someone is conscious as their body purifies. I feel my very soul rotting inside me.

On top of all this gets layered the insults of ‘doctor’ Jonsson and the rest of the medical ‘professionals’. They deliberately reversed causality; decreed events and aspects, such as my skill set, as being delusions even though I have documentary evidence that they are true; and distorted or even fabricated events and beliefs. When I complain all I get is stonewalled. In fact the more I protest that they have got it wrong, the more that refuse to listen. There is no hope of any resolution.

I detest everything my life has become. Along with “this is not me”, I keep thinking the phrase, “I cannot go on living like this”. I have made a few attempts at suicide in the past, but I have been too incompetent or afraid to get it right. Some have said it was because I still had hope, but I see it as being in denial. I have no reason to exist. I have no function to perform and I derive no pleasure from existence. In deed existence is suffering and that suffering can only grow.

The time has come for things to end. The questions are ‘by what means’ and ‘how should I resolve my desire for vengeance’. These are topics for later posts.

I just wish I understood why this has happened. All I ever wanted to do was to have earned a living peace. Why was that so wrong? What where they expecting me to do for the rest of my life?

Another 2am visit from the police

I am sitting here writing my next blog post and there is a bang on the door. Guess who.

“Do you have bang on my door in the early hours”, say I.

“It’s the police”.

Yeah, right. Like it’s going to be someone else.

"Yeah, I know who you are. Go away"

“People are concerned about you”, plod continues.

Yeah, right.

“Go away”, I reply.

“OK", replies plod and they leave.

If the police or any other official body had any real concern for my safety then they would talk to me properly. However, I will only talk to the police after they have formally admitted their previous lies when they abducted me from my home.

Right then, back to writing my next post. When they read the posts I’ve got planned, they will be back again no doubt.

Endgame

I have exhausted all possible means to get my life back together. I have tried ever means possible to get people to listen.

In fact being persistent in trying to get ones case heard is counter productive as Dr James uses it as evidence of the complainant’s psychosis. This has given the miscreant organisations a means to avoid dealing with any of their misdeeds. They can do what ever they want and if anyone complains they can ignore it. If you carry on with your complaint then you are mentally ill. Thank you Dr James, do you really understand just what an abusive system you have created?

In the last few weeks we have seen some incredible things. We have had the case of the murdering policeman of Mr Tomlinson. He was caught on camera assaulting the poor man, having a previous history of misdeeds and was thrown off the police force in the past, but manages to get away with murder.

Then there was the sad case of Raul Moat. The behaviour of the police was appalling. It show total incompetence in their ability to find him, but also I was disgusted in their use of lies to the media. I am not saying what Mr Moat did was not wrong. However, I believe he was let down and abused by the system and particularly the police.

Although we have seen the end of the Labour government their replacement are just as bad. None of the criminals will ever face trial for what they did. Things are going to get a lot worse for their victims too.I am a man with no hope, nothing left to lose and a massive feeling of injustice; a very explosive combination.

Blood money: £100,000 salary of FTAC doctors

I have noticed a bit of unusual traffic to this blog with search phrases like “FTAC Buckingham Gate”. However, the giveaway for what is going on was “FTAC Jobs”. A quick look myself reviled that the FTAC a recruiting more staff.

That is right; they pay these evil people £100,000 pa. This is disgusting. The whole of the scheme is a fraud. It was sold to the pervious government to ease their paranoia and to enable them to ‘disappear’ people they found ‘inconvenient’.

I have found form bitter experience just how corrupt these people are. There seems no end to the supply of doctors in the NHS who can be persuaded to give false diagnosis and condemn people to imprisonment without trial. For £100,000 there will be a queue of people every so willing to give whatever diagnosis is required of them.

Take my example, ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson fabricated a diagnosis and found two others to back him up without any problem whatsoever. It was obvious that they had made up their minds the moment the interview started. Jonsson claims that I suffer from a persistent delusional personality disorder. However, I cannot get East London NHS Foundation Trust to tell me what those delusions are. There are no delusions. The FTAC decreed that I should be locked up and grounds were fabricated to put on the paperwork.

I have repeatedly challenged all of those involved to hold a proper investigation by a truly independent analyst (i.e. non-NHS, and preferably from overseas). Then I can present evidence to show that I have been a victim of the criminal behaviour of the previous government, the incompetence and spite of the civil service, and the lies and corruption of the FTAC, police and NHS.

However they refuse to hold an investigation. We can only assume that they have a lot to hide.

Dr David James founder of the FTAC

I am indebted to a contributor who best remains anonymous for the knowledge that the founder of the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre is doing the rounds of the conferences at the moment. Next week (5-6 July 2010) Dr James (david.james5@ntlworld.com) is appearing at a two day workshop entitled “Assessing Stalking Risk”. For £500 you can hear him spout his nonsense.

The brochure contains a very poor image of the miscreant. I don’t know about anyone else, but this is the sort of picture the tabloid press like to print when they have a story about a paedophile or rapist.

In a way I am jealous of what Dr James has achieved, but he used his knowledge and spotted an opportunity and has milked it for all it’s worth. He correctly spotted where the former government was most fearful i.e. for their own safety. This is a common trait amongst all dictatorial regimes thought history; he doesn’t get any marks there. What he did was find a way to sell to them his services to remove potential nuisances from society without having to go through the tiresome business of putting them on trial. He could get them locked up without anyone giving a damn.

Not satisfied with the power to order people to be locked up until they die, James wanted more. He has gotten on the lecture circuit and appears from London to Australia telling people how to spot nutters and how it is alright to abuse peoples human rights.

Will I be ‘stalking’ him outside the venue in Belgrave Square? No, I’ve got far more interesting things to do. However, I offer this challenge to Dr James: talk to me. Listen to the truth. Let me present to you proper evidence that proves everything I have said about what happened to me, the corrupt or incompetent behaviour of MP’s and government departments. One condition, there has to be witnesses and it has to be fully recorded and documented. If you uphold the fraudulent diagnosis of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson and you can convince the witnesses then I will willingly be locked up forever (though I would prefer execution). If you do not then I want my life back in full and a commitment that your organisation, the police, and everyone else that has cause me so much suffering keep out of my life forever. You can carry on selling your snake oil to fearful governments; just don’t do it to me.

I expect that this offer will reach him sometime as I have them all over this blog on a regular basis. However, I do not expect that they will ever take me up on my offers to talk. They can’t have something as embarrassing as the truth causing them trouble.

On Friday there were a fair number of visits to this site from Blackberry devices and IP Addresses thought to be associated with the FTAC. I have not heard anything from them. You would think if they were so confident in their analytical abilities and that I was a legitimate case with no possibility of error, they would relish the chance to demonstrate how clever they are.

Your Freedom : Abolish the FTAC

Prompted by JuliaM’s comment on the previous post, I have looked at the ‘Your Freedom’ website from the government asking for suggestions. I found that someone has already suggested the abolition of the FTAC. I had not bothered as I didn’t see any prospect of the suggestion remaining on their system and there is no chance of the government closing it down.However, since someone has made an entry I suppose I better make a comment.

The FTAC is open to abuse and I am proof of it.
I was held prisoner for five months at Mile End Hospital on instructions from the FTAC. At the root of my complaint to MP’s was the abuse of the intra-company transfer scheme that was destroying the livelihoods of thousands of British IT professionals and causing long-term damage to the British economy and potentially national security.
The treatment that I had to endure bordered on torture in the way that I suffered personal degradation such as not being allowed to wash properly or even cut my nails, through to assault by forcible medicated in the last month although no medication was used the whole of the previous four months. Everything I had ever done or achieved in my life was denied to have ever happened. Even though I could produce documentary evidence to prove it, I was never allowed to present it. I suffered five months of doctors micro-scrutinising my every action and contriving ever wilder explanations to justify their detention of me.
I have been branded as suffering from having a persistent delusional personality disorder. However, my requests for East London NHS to be specific in what those delusions actually are have been refused. They claim to use evidence based diagnosis but refuse to state that evidence. In truth, there are no delusions; everything I ever said I can provide documentary evidence, has come to pass and is now in the historical record, or is a widely held belief by respectable people. There only remains fabrications by doctors which there is no evidence that I hold the belief.
There is no recourse to any form of justice for anyone that has been subject to the abuses of the FTAC. The IPCC and the relevant ombudsmen organisation automatically decide against the complainant regardless of any evidence. No lawyer will touch a case where the FTAC are involved if they have a choice. When forced to represent someone they will not represent them properly. Obviously trying to get ones own MP to help will get no response whatsoever.
Although I was release by a tribunal, I have been totally abandoned with no help whatsoever. I live in poverty and squalor with a continuous fear of what the state is going to do to me next. I have no prospect of ever getting back to work, but face the very real danger of having my benefits withdrawn. Even if they are not, they will decline in real-terms driving me into ever deeper poverty.
The FTAC is used to eliminate the politically inconvenient as well as truly sick people. Those that implement the directives to detain people are far too willing to commit fraud and abuse peoples rights. Those organisations that are charged with oversight and ensuring best practice turn a blind eye. People who should represent the individual who have been subject to injustice shun them. The FTAC is a dark stain on Britain; it is a feature of many a dystopia fiction that come to life.

Rushanara Ali MP: Why won't you help me?

I am still here! In a way I am disappointed to still be at liberty. I would like to put on trial because then I would be able to question the people that put me there. I doubt if they will try the mental hospital trick again. The police turn up and say ‘we want a chat’ and when I refuse, they wander off!

Just to cause some mischief, I have e-mailed my new MP, Rushanara Ali, this morning to ask her why she will not help me.

May I ask exactly why you refuse to help me?
Is it, like George Galloway before you, I am of the wrong race, or, formally, of the wrong social class?
Is it because you believe that anyone who does not agree with the Labour party must be insane and should be locked up?
Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for someone to destroy a person’s livelihood and reputation for their own profit?
Is it because you believe that it is acceptable to deny people any help to get back to work?
Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for Doctors to fabricate diagnosis just to detain people and forcibly medicate them on political orders?
Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for Doctors to refuse to give details of a diagnosis and the evidence they used to form it?
Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for an MP to refuse to help their constituents out of spite?
I can provide documentary evidence to support everything I have said. I have had my life stolen from me for no reason on my part. I am a completely innocent man who became collateral damage caused by the incompetence and corruption of others.

In prison or the morgue by the end of the day?

There is a very good chance that I will be in prison by the end of the day; maybe even dead.

Before I go into details I want to state my slogan: All I ever wanted to do was to have earned a living in peace.

This latest round of attempts to silence me stem from the simple question I asked of the Chief Executive of East London Foundation NHS Trust, Dr Robert Dolan: what precisely are the delusions that I am supposed to have. Despite repeatedly asking the question he has refused to answer.

I have tried to get the Department of Health and even the Minister to ‘encourage’ him to respond, but they refuse to intervene claiming that it is a local matter.

Dr Dolan’s resistance to answer the question is because there are no delusions. The diagnosis of persistent delusional disorder by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson was a pure fabrication to justify the detention ordered by the FTAC. Dr Dolan cannot produce the evidence used for the diagnosis because there isn’t any.

I have repeatedly offered to be examined by a truly independent (i.e. non-NHS and preferably non-UK) set of medical professionals to assess me. I would provide completely truthful and detailed answers to their questions. This offer has been rejected.

This week we have had the very sad case of Derrick Bird in Cumbria. Inevitably I can identify with the poor man. When I listened to a medical pundit on the radio the other morning I was reminded of just how incompetent the doctors are. His explanation of the motivations and choices made by people in these situations is way off. The pundit ended by stating the obvious that they do not really know because the individual usually ends up dead.

Let me state that I have no wish and certainly no plans to do this myself. However, I have to state that this could be a scenario at some point in the future. This is not a threat, but simply one of the many scenarios to be considered. I expressed that I have insights into the though processes of these cases and would be willing to share them in return for having my life back. This was ceased upon by Dr Dolan as an excuse to send the police round again.

There is no way that I will ever talk to the police under any circumstances. I will never let them in to my home. If they want to take me then the will have to break in. This is because of the actions of the police last time. I let them in then, but they lied about it. I will not put myself in the same position again.

All of this can be solved very quickly and easily. All that needs to be done is for the damage done to me to be repaired and that I am allowed to work again. The country needs people like me to generate wealth to pay off the debts that grew exponentially due to the insanity of the last regime. Claiming that documented facts are not true and locking people up who complain about government incompetence, fraud and corruption is not the way to go.

17:00 – The police are a no-show. I was convinced that they would be banging on my door this morning. It’s unusual for them to take ‘No’ for an answer when they say they want a ‘chat’.

I’ve had the NHS paying loads of visits to this blog today. They are probably trying to find something that they can distort into a reason lock me up. I had five months of them trying to do that. It didn’t work then and it won’t work now.

A radical solution to getting me off benefits: Let me work

Iain Duncan-Smith thinks that he is the man to cut the benefit bill by threatening to put people into chain gangs picking up dog mess in the local park. Just how that makes them more attractive candidates in the eyes of employers I don’t know. I am open to instruction on how that works.

I have repeatedly begged for help to get back to work, but have been refused on every occasion. From reports I read and hear, I haven’t lost out on much. There was a chap o the wireless the other day describing what the ‘help’ he gets. He is put in front of a computer and told to search and apply for jobs on-line. There simply isn’t any practical help available. I don’t need instruction on how to find roles, or how to apply for them. I already have a good CV. There is nothing lacking in my motivation either. The days of me having any self-respect or pride have long been abandoned and I will do accept any form of employment no matter how degrading, disgusting, or even dangerous.

Every time the letter box rattles I have a mini-panic attack out of fear that today will be the day that I get called in to have the reassessment done on my incapacity claim. What am I to say to them? On the one hand I have on my record that I have been held under section 3 and diagnosed with having persistent delusional disorder. However, when challenged with the question “What are your delusions”, I have to respond with “I don’t know, they won’t tell me”. The supplemental question of “Do you think that you are delusional?” I have to respond with “No.” That will cause my claim to be closed and I be left destitute with no hope of ever being able to get back to work.

Before all my trouble started, I was a highly skilled and experienced freelance IT developer in the financial sector. That was before the Labour government flooded the market with fraudulent work permits.At the beginning I did not lack skills; I did not have any background problems such as poor credit history; I do not have an alcohol problem and have never taken drugs. I was a totally respectable business person. All that happened was that I was denied the opportunity to earn a living through the use of cheap imported workers on fraudulent work permits. Once a gap in the employment history appears, it compounds exponentially. Very rapidly my life collapsed as the money I had ran out.

Although I have tried my best to keep both my technical skills and business knowledge up-to-date it is a bit patchy. My physical and mental health has been damaged so much that I don’t believe I could safely work full time until I have had substantial medical treatment first. In any case, no employer would ever hire me given my background. When they find out about the time I have spend out of work, my disastrous financial status, and now a history of mental health problems any employer will bin any application. These details can never be hidden; any attempt by me to do so will be found out and would make things even worse.

The solution to getting me off benefits and back to work is not to be found by driving me into ever deeper poverty and degradation. It is to be found in asking questions about what put me out of work in the first place and why are applications for jobs rejected. Every person will have unique circumstances, but there will be many common features.

Demonising claimants is counter productive. It is not going to shame people into getting jobs, but it is going to make employers more prejudiced against hiring them. To solve the problem it is necessary to get tough on the employers and not the unemployed.

Can Andrew Lansley get Dr Dolan to answer the question?

I am trying to get the Chief Executive to East London NHS, Dr Robert Dolan, to respond to a question regarding the justification used to imprison me between November 2008 and April 2009 in one of the hospitals he controls. However, despite repeated requests he, and all those under his command, refuses to provide me with any response.
The consultant responsible was a Doctor Ferdinand Jonsson. He claimed that I suffer from a persistent delusional disorder. I dispute this claim. I have requested that I be told what those so-called delusions are. Specifically, I have requested for each delusion, a) what that belief is, b) proof that I actually do hold that belief, and c) proof that the belief is a delusion. However, I cannot get Doctor Jonsson, Doctor Dolan, or anyone else to tell me the answers to these simple questions.
I do not believe that I have any delusions and their reluctance to provide any evidence that I do just supports that position. The things that I said during my time imprisoned at Mile End Hospital I can provide documentary evidence for, have come to pass and are now in the historical record, or are wildly held beliefs by respectable people. Anything else is a fabrication by Doctor Jonsson who cannot provide evidence to support his position.
If East London NHS is confident that they made the correct diagnosis then why won’t they state the evidence that it is based on?
Can you use your influence to encourage Doctor Dolan to provide a suitable response to my questions?

This blog has chronicled the many attempts I have made to resolve my situation. Everyone of then has failed. Nothing gets any sort of response. My experience is typical. This is why people find that they have to turn to violence.

Dr Robert Dolan (Chief Executive of East London NHS) what are my delusions?

I have recently been trying to get an answer to a simple question from East London NHS Foundation Trust; specifically Doctor Robert Dolan the Chief Executive. (robert.dolan@eastlondon.nhs.uk) According to ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson, I suffer from Persistent Delusional Disorder. The NHS has a buzz-phrase that they use everywhere ‘evidence based’. For ‘doctor’ Jonsson to arrive at a diagnosis he would have had to identify delusional beliefs that I hold. What are they?

Formally put, my question was: for each of my delusions, a) what was the belief; b) proof that I do/did hold that belief; c) proof that the belief is a delusion.

Not that difficult a question is it? However, Dr Robert Dolan and the East London NHS refuse to tell me the answer. If Dr Robert Dolan and the East London NHS who employ ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson maintain their assertion that the diagnosis is correct then why will the not allow it to be subjected to proper scrutiny?

As far as the things that I did actually say, I can either provide documentary evidence, they have come to pass and are now part of the historical record, or they are widely held beliefs by respected people. All that remains are those that were fabricated by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson.

The truth is that there are no delusions. It was the FTAC who ordered ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson to detain me. Doctor Jonsson fabricated a reason to hold me and got two other medical professionals to back him up. He spent the next five months subjecting me to degradation, abuse and assault.

I have already documented on this blog that there was dissent amongst the doctors, the ward staff openly refusing to obey ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson’s orders and backing me up at the tribunal, and the tribunal ridiculing Jonsson with their questioning which led them to order my discharge.

Doctor Robert Dolan was fully aware of what was going on, but refused to intervene. This was despite my direct appeals to him. He condones the use of NHS facilities for political detentions.

Stephen Timms MP Stabbed

I know nothing about the case. I doubt that the truth will ever be heard.

I have no sympathy for Stephen Timms. He won’t be the last. This is what happens when you fuck people’s lives up.

Sadly I doubt that message will get across to the politicians that they are responsible for the destruction of people’s lives. It will have to be repeated until they listen.

UPDATE

As per normal, I have had a few e-mails and comments suggesting that I approve of stabbing people and MPs in particular. Let me state so that there cannot be any misunderstanding that I do not think that stabbing people is right.

I have to repeat myself – MPs, particularly Labour ones of the last thirteen years, have caused massive damage to peoples lives, they will not listen when their victims try and explain their problems. Some people are so desperate, frustrated, fearful of their future, and angry about being unable to communicate with deliberately obtuse MPs that they have to find another language that they might understand. That language, unfortunately, is violence.

There is no prospect that MPs will become more perceptive or responsive. In response to this latest event they will become more insular. Thus a positive feedback look is created and things can only get worse.

I have no knowledge of this case, but I should imagine that the poor woman is currently being subjected to intensive questioning to try and fabricate a diagnosis of some psychotic disorder. If it is true or not doesn’t matter. What will never be considered are any injustices committed against her or the desperation she feels that with nothing left to lose, she strike out. We will never get to find out the truth.

Cameron was responsible for FTAC detaining me

When I was held prisoner by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson at Mile End Hospital on orders from the FTAC they referred to an email that I had sent. There were three targeted recipients of that e-mail: Gordon Brown, David Cameron and George Galloway. The email to Gordon Brown always fails as his mailbox is set to being full so that he doesn’t get any e-mail. George Galloway always deletes emails from me without ever reading them. So that leaves David Cameron, unless my e-mail was being intercepted, as the source of the email that was being referred to by FTAC and Jonsson.

I have repeatedly asked for a statement from the Conservatives about their plans for the continued use of the FTAC to disappear the politically inconvenient, but they have always refused to comment on the issue. One can only assume that they plan to use it in the same way as Labour.

If the Conservatives succeed in overthrowing the Labour regime on Thursday I will have very mixed feeling. On the one hand I will rejoice that Labour was gone, but I know that my life will probably be even worse under the new regime. I face an extremely grime future; there is no realistic chance of me ever working again as nobody would ever take me, but I will be driven into ever deeper poverty and subjected to continually increasing abuse from the government to find work. I think the best thing for me (other than take my own life) is to commit some serious crime so that I spend the rest of my life in prison or mental hospital. At least I will be kept warm and feed. I will also have a bed; which is something I don’t have now.

It is all such a waste. I have never fully understood why they did this to me. I was highly skilled. I was extremely hard working. I just became collateral damage of the incompetence and corruption of members of parliament from all parties.

There is a saying, “if all else fails, go back to the beginning”. I have run out of ideas so I am going to go back to when everything went wrong and start again. Well, very nearly. I was working abroad before all this started. Indeed that is where I truly want to go; I want to leave the UK and never return. I stand no chance of getting work as I did before.

I am going to go back to trying to get help from the DWP. I sent the following e-mail to the DWP to be routed to the Hoxton office.

I am forced to ask one last time for assistance to get back to work. I know that this futile and that you will refuse to help me. Indeed, I expect that this plea will not get a response of any kind, or even deleted without ever being read. I have to give you the chance anyway.
I have not worked since my return to the UK in July, 2004. Despite numerous pleas during the last six years, I have been refused any realistic help in my desperate desire to return to work. I have tried standard requests for assistance, begging the DWP for help, begging my MP for help, begging government ministers for help. In my desperation to get proper attention I have even tried to use threats in the hope that I will either be put on trial to publicise my plight, or maybe get some other sort of help. All that achieved was the FTAC ordered me locked up in a mental hospital with a doctor fabricating diagnosis to attempt to justify my detention. It took me five months to win my freedom.
Almost every day I read about the schemes that will help claimants off of sickness benefits and back into work. This fills me the terror; I cannot survive any longer on the benefits I currently get and if they are cut by the third that I expect as a minimum then I will dead within weeks. I am so fearful of the time when I am called in that I cannot sleep, I cannot concentrate on anything, and have a constant headache. The last six years have broken me; I am a physical and mental wreck. The prospect of even lower income (definitely in real terms as inflation exceeds up-rating, or probably in actual terms when my claim is stopped) fills me with terror as does the probability that I will end up spending the rest of my days in prison or mental hospital. Death appears to be the only viable option left to me. I have made half-hearted attempts in the past, but it doesn’t look like I will have to make sure it succeeds next time.
It doesn’t have to be this way; it never has. My circumstances are not of my creation; it was done to me. I am not lazy; I was always considered to be a workaholic. I was not devoid of skills; I still try to keep up-to-date (despite being told by a member of staff at the DWP that I didn’t need to) and can demonstrate them. I don’t want to live off benefits; it goes against everything I believe in and I am disgusted with myself and ashamed to have to do it.
I am begging you to help me get back into work. I don’t know the full details of what is required, but I do know that existing schemes will never work for me. I do not need help with motivation, writing a CV, or how to do job searches. In my case, advice such as “lower my sights”; “take the speculative approach”; or “broaden my horizons” is platitudes that are completely inappropriate. The damage that has accumulated over the last six years is so great that basic remedial work on bringing me back to health and a standard of living raised to comparable level to other before I could make any applications for work.
Returning to my first paragraph, I fully expect you to ignore this plea for help. The good thing about e-mail is that there is an audit trail. I have sent this message with receipts requested. At least I shall be able to show that I did ask for help.

I know that it is a futile exercise; they have always refused to help me in the past and I have no expectations that they will help me now. I just don’t understand why. The government and opposition parties all claim to want to get people back to work. They come out with allsorts of ideas for penalties on people to motivate them to work such as driving them into even greater poverty or putting them in a chain-gang picking up dog mess in the local park. However, when someone desperately wants to work they refuse and do whatever they can to stop them.

I will be extremely surprised if this will be responded to directly. What I expect to happen is that I will be called in for one of their corrupt medicals which are used to justify stopping claims. I will be left destitute and homeless again. This will be pure DWP / government vindictiveness.

19/04/10 17:28	I have sent the message and their servers have returned a delivery receipt. I was half-expecting to get a message that my IP address was blocked from sending mail to them.
20/04/10 10:14	I have just received a read receipt from their servers (they run MS Exchange 6.5). Now they can’t say that they didn’t get it and read it. I was expecting it to be either blocked from their servers in the first place or deleted without ever being read.
21/04/10 11:00	As expected absolutely no response from the DWP regarding my pleas to have some help getting back to work. Employment statistics were released earlier today. The government are spinning that the claimant count is down more than expected. However as always, the devil is in the detail. The wider measures all show that unemployment rocketed up. The total non-working count is about 11 million people. This is roughly 20% of the UK workforce. At the same time the Home office is issuing work permits at an every greater rate to combat the so-called skills shortage. Are all of those 11 million out of work so lazy, devoid of skills, sick, or mad that they could not fill those roles?
22/04/10 12:30	Still no response from the DWP; I do not expect any. Here is a very sad story from the Daily Mail of a young lady called Vicky Harrison, with good qualifications who took her own life rather continue living as a victim of this government. Just how many more will have to die before someone will help the 11 million of us that have been abused and abandoned?

I have run out of ideas; anyone got any suggestions?

To recap my complaint:

I have had my livelihood destroyed by the actions of the Labour government when the allowed vast numbers of overseas IT workers to flood the UK market and exclude British professionals. I was blocked from working in 2003-2004 and have never worked since. Nobody would consider me for roles outside of IT either.
It has lead to my bankruptcy, homelessness and destroyed my physical and mental health.
All of my appeals for realistic help to get back into work to the Department of Work and Pensions have been rejected.
I have been lucky to be re-housed after a long and tortuous struggle. However, I have not been allowed a grant to furnish the place. So I live without a proper bed, chairs, or even any means to cook food. Again, I try to get help, but have been refused any.
I have tried to get help from our elected representatives, but they either cause the problem in the case of ministers, or I am in the ‘wrong’ group to be helped in the case of my own MP, George Galloway. Opposition MP’s will not touch the case either. I have tried to complain to the parliamentary ombudsman that my MP discriminates against me and will not help, but he refuses to intervene either.
In my frustration I have used ever stronger forms of words to prompt some form of action from ministers, but that resulted in then instructing the FTAC to order the police and the NHS to imprison me to shut me up. The police unlawfully removed me from my home and then lied about it. A complaint to the IPCC has stonewalled and only investigated under pressure and then the results were a complete whitewash.
At Mile End Hospital I was subjected to disgusting treatment that borders on examples from the internet ledged “The Torturer’s Handbook”. The ‘doctor’ there Ferdinand Jonsson lied about my case and fabricated a diagnosis based on no evidence whatsoever. He would never allow me to present any evidence; he just decreed that everything I said was a delusion. He did nothing for four months except detain me. Only under pressure to justify his continued imprisonment of me did he decide to forcibly medicate me despite there being no medical justification for the action. Individual ward staff members repeatedly told me in private that they though what the hospital was doing to me were wrong. In the end they refused to carry out Jonsson’s orders.
My appeal to a tribunal was deliberately timed to ensure that the chair person would be politically biased. They selected a date when the wife of a Labour MP would be chairing it. Even though the date was fixed weeks in advance, I was not told until the last moment. However, their plan failed as the report from the ward supported me rather than the doctors and the tribunal humiliated Jonsson with their questioning. They had no problem ordering my discharge from hospital.
I have still received no help whatsoever despite my situation getting progressively worse.

There is no chance of me ever working again. It has been too long and the damage is too great. Nobody would ever consider hiring me; I wouldn’t even consider it. However, I live in the daily fear of what the DWP will do next. I fully expect the DWP to call me in for a medical where they will contrive some grounds to claim that I can work. I cannot survive on what I get now and the prospect of having that cut by a third terrifies me.

Just this morning I have received another gas bill that exceeds £300. Soon I will get the electricity bill. Yesterday I paid a £50 telephone bill despite having made no called whatsoever in the billing period. With water bills of £25 and TV license of £12 per month life is impossible. Everyday I have a mini panic attack when I hear the postman. I am terrified of what new disasters have been delivered. I cannot sleep properly because of fear. I live in a constant state of misery and terror all day, every day. I am exhausted by it all. It is obvious that it has robed me of the ability to think rationally.

I never wanted state hand-outs. I wanted to be able to provide for myself like I have done for decades. I had the skills and the motivation to do so, but I have had the opportunity stolen.

So I pose this question to anyone that reads this: What am I supposed to do? Please don’t contribute idiotic strategies such as ‘take any job’, ‘try harder’, ‘lower you sights’, ‘ do something different’. Please believe me, I did all of those at the beginning and they didn’t work and now it is too late.

I am still here. It is a bit disappointing; I was expecting the police to be banging on my door this morning. In the past they have gone out of their way to find anything to pin on me to justify my imprisonment. Now I make an explicit threat to kill an MP and they totally ignore it.

Of course this is just an attention getting stunt; I have no intention of carrying out these threats. However, this has never stopped the police from prosecuting people in the past. I want to be put on trial. It is going to be the only way that my case will ever be heard. I want to have a chance to tell everyone just what has been done to me. I don’t have anything left to lose.

The Daily Express reports another poor soul that stood on London Bridge begging for work. A case of a highly skilled man that is desperate and begging for work. Sound familiar? Is he delusional too?

GORDON Brown’s failure to provide British jobs for British workers was exposed yesterday after a despairing IT expert was forced to stand on London Bridge to beg for work.
A day after official figures showed 1.7million new jobs went to migrant workers, father-of-one Paul Bowler staged the appeal for even a trial job after his position was outsourced to Bangalore.
Yesterday it emerged 98 per cent of jobs created by Labour since 1997 were given to workers from overseas. And critics accused the Government of leaving UK workers worse off than 13 years ago.
Mr Bowler, 47, of Banstead, Surrey, was made redundant last May after working all his adult life and having 23 years’ experience in the IT industry.

The reality is that everyone knows that this is going on. It is well documented in the media and official reports. However, I said it and it was used against me.

After my appeal to the first tribunal failed because of the lies told by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson I was hurriedly rushed into an assessment by two other medical staff, one doctor and a social worker, so the could detain me under section 3 of the mental health act. It was obvious from the moment I got there that they had already made up the minds; they were simply following ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson’s instructions. I reported that there were massive amounts of displacement of British IT staff by Indians through outsourcing and on-shoring (where they are brought here). I was explicitly told that this was not happening; it was all a delusion that I was happening.

One of the other lies that ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson told the tribunal was that I believed that I was in control of the world economy. I have no idea where he got the evidence to base that one on. All I can think of is that I used to work in finance and still maintain an interest. I requested a copy of the Financial Times so I had something to read and to keep up. He has blown this up into something he could use to imprison me. Not only do I NOT believe that I am in control, but nobody can control it; I am a follower of Hayek not Keynes.

Jonsson at one of the few ward rounds that I attended once said that I had ‘peculiar ideas about the economy’. He once tried to entertain the court he was holding by asking me about the economy. I replied, “Well, technically speaking, it’s fucked.” He asked, “How would you fix it”. I responded, “The major problem is the vastly excessive public spending. There will have to be massive cuts”. At which point he cut me off and smiled at his followers. This was supposed to be another indicator of my delusional state. It’s odd that even Gordon Brown has admitted the same thing. Maybe ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson would like to explain his position on my diagnosis and treatment plan?

It should be noted that there was no mention of this supposed ‘delusion’ in any of the reports to, or at, the second tribunal.

The whole case for imprisoning me was based on lies, or at least an unwillingness to accept that reality conflicts with the political prejudices of medical staff. Their own blind following of Labour dogma and propaganda makes the treat anyone that has an opinion or experience that conflicts with it as being delusional. If my detention was not an explicit case of being a political prisoner then it is at least a case of medical negligence.

I am sure that Mr Bower who stood on London Bridge to publish his plight will feel the same as I when I say: All I ever wanted to do was to have earned a living in peace.

I have known this for some while. It has been an objective to gain that status. I have not mentioned it before; I have just taken quiet satisfaction of the achievement. It pays off too. It is the highest keyword phase behind FTAC or FTAC Watch. Now any potential patients, students, work colleges, or employers can find out about this evil man.

Last night I had several page views from someone at IP Address 92.234.49.3 that found this site via Google using the term ‘Ferdinand Jonsson. This morning I had a visit from one of the NHS addresses 194.176.105.56 to the item ‘Doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson –a danger to all.

I wish to repeat what my complaint is against this man.

He subjected me to abuse and degrading treatment while I was imprisoned at Mile End Hospital, the extent of which could be considered torture. I was not allowed a change of clothing; allowed to wash properly; not allowed to do basic personal maintenance such as cut nails; and I was held in the nosiest part of the ward with out any privacy from other patients; and subject to 24 hour one-to-one observation.
He is a liar. He fabricated events that were reported to other doctors and to medical tribunals.
He refused to allow me to produce any evidence to support anything I said. He just decreed it all to be delusions.
He directed other doctors and other medical personal to what their reports are to be rather than let them produce their own independent ones as they are required to do.
It was always his intention that I would never be released. He deliberately tried to make me react in a way that he could use to continue to imprison me.
There was no treatment in the first four months of my imprisonment, just detention.
He forcibly medicated me with highly dangerous drugs for no clinical reason just so he could show that he was treating me although no drugs were forced on me for four month prior.
He did not have the full support of other doctors in his actions. Towards the end of my imprisonment, the ward staff openly refused to obey his instructions.
He deliberately arranged for a tribunal that was politically biased by ensuring that the chair was the wife of a Labour MP. At that tribunal his was humiliated by their questions and they had no trouble ordering my discharge.

This is just a summary of what went on. I have been subject to the most horrendous experience and injustice.

The evil ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson should not be allowed to inflict such pain on any more people. He should not even be at liberty: he is a danger to everyone. Furthermore, questions need to be asked. What were his motivations for doing what he did to me? Why did the other medical personal go along with it? Why did his superiors condone such actions?

If ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson has objection to these statements then he has every right to seek to prosecute me for deformation; I would welcome it. I only wish that I could get legal help for a counter claim. Unfortunately, lawyers will not touch anything involving the FTAC out of fear.

An offer to the police to interview me

At some point I know that the FTAC are going to order my abduction again. So in the sprit of 'no retreat, no surrender’ I am taking the campaign to them.

Dear Sirs,
At some point in the near future your officers will be taking me into custody again. I seek to avoid the unpleasantness that will go with it.
I have resumed my quest for justice regarding the destruction of my life that has been inflicted by this government. It has been a year since I was release from imprisonment at Mile End Hospital at the hands of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson on orders of the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) acting for the government.
In November of 2008 I was abducted from my home by your officers unlawfully and who lied about the details of the detention later. I was then subject to five months of abuse, degradation, assault and further lies at Mile End Hospital. I was freed by a tribunal that although specifically selected to be biased against me by the choice of a chairperson, namely Maria Fernandes the wife of Labour MP Keith Vaz, could not uphold the continuation of the detention and discarded me.
Since I won my freedom back nothing has changed. In fact it is worse. It is clear that post-election, whoever wins, my circumstances will decline to the point where my like is unsustainable. I am a desperate man without hope. I have lost everything except my liberty and life. These are now worthless and I am now willing to surrender both.
I am offering you a chance to interview me now. I will answer all questions honestly and in detail. I also offer myself to be analysed by medical staff. I only ask that the whole process be witnessed and documented. Given the behaviour of the police and doctors in the UK, I also request that whoever undertakes the questioning is shadowed by someone independent from overseas.
If at the end of the process, you believe that I should be imprisoned then you may do so.
No threats are implied by this letter; it is simply a presentation of an opportunity.
You are free to ignore this offer. However, I must point out that I am posting this on my blog as a permanent record to show that I made every effort to cooperate with the police and government.

Given the limited wit of the police, I will probably have the door broken down at 3am, or be abducted off the street at gun point and detained under the anti-terror laws. It’ll be a bit harsh on someone whose only objective is to be able to get back to work.

All I had posted was a comment that a potential Conservative government would be no different than the existing Labour one and that I had e-mailed the Conservatives to ask if the would continue to use the FTAC to detain the politically inconvenient as Labour has. I also linked to the post on this blog about asking if the Conservatives would close the FTAC.

A question for George Galloway: why won’t you represent me?

Way back shortly after when problems started, I tried to approach my local MP, George Galloway, for help. He refused. I have repeated tried to enlist his help, but to no avail. Eventually my e-mails from my own domain were deleted without even being read. I am totally without any form of political representation.

Galloway was expelled from the Labour party in October 2003 and formed the Respect party which won the Bethnal Green and Bow seat in the 2005 election. The Respect party is a joint venture between a bunch of Islamofascist and extreme socialist groups.

He has never explained why he will not represent me, but I suspect that there is a racial component to it. Coupled with my background as being a businessman involved in finance and I must be a text-book case of who they hate.

I am in a bit of a mischief mood today so I’ve sent him another e-mail. As with the one to Cameron and Grayling, I will be extremely surprise to get any response. Even if I did get one then it would not be favourable.

In the Sunday press, Margaret Moran has admitted that there has been a deliberate policy of allowing overseas IT workers to displace British professionals. In fact she has boasted about taking money from companies to influence ministers to make it even easier. I have complained about this for years. Everything I have said is true, but all this time you have refused to listen to me.

Will you now explain, given that there is incontrovertible evidence to support my case, why you have refused to help me? You would never have tolerated what has happened to me if you had done your assigned duty as my MP properly; you have betrayed me.
Why do think that in Britain in the twenty first centenary someone can:
have their livelihood stolen on the whim of the ruling class for their own gain
be bankrupted and made homeless
have their health destroyed and to attempt suicide more than once
be denied access to support that is available to others
be denied access to any ability to earn a living
be denied democratic representation
be subject to political imprisonment
be subject to abuse, personal degradation and assault whilst in hospital
All of these things have happened to me in the last six years; I have gone through absolute hell. I am in no way responsible for any of the horrid things that have happened to me. My life has been destroyed by the evil policies of this government and you have supported them.
On what grounds do you feel that I am not worthy of representation? Is it because of my race, or is it because I was once a successful businessman before becoming a victim of this evil Labour government that you were once part of?

Although I could never get ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson to give me formal list of what my supposed delusions were, amoungst the things that he said was not happening was that the Labour government was deliberately allowing the import of overseas IT workers displacing British professionals. I was never allowed to present any evidence to support my assertion; Jonsson simply decreed that it was not true.

The Daily Mail (I know it is not fashionable to cite them as a source) is reporting that Margaret Moran, Labour MP for Luton, “used a private company based at the commons to change immigration policy to allow cheap workers to be brought in from India”.

She is not alone. Fellow disgraced MP Patricia Hewitt is on record as supporting the opening up of the UK IT skills market to overseas imports when she was at the DTI. Ms Hewitt was formally at Accenture which is a big outsourcing provider and user of such imports. However, now she is a non-executive director of BT Group. They are part owner of Tech Mahindra which imports staff in bulk. BT is eliminating all British IT staff as fast as it can.

Far from this being one of my delusions, it is a national scandal. Not only is it fraud, it is causing massive long-term economic damage to the country.

It was my continued complaints that this was going on and my taking ever desperate steps to gain attention to my plight that cause the FTAC to order my abduction from my home and detention in a mental hospital.

Once again I have been proved right. However, nothing I do will ever get the Labour government to admit it. Jonsson and complacent doctors, on his instructions, sectioned me of false evidence. I was unlawfully held prisoner at Mile End Hospital, where I was subjected to degrading abuse. Jonsson ordered that I should be forcibly administered with highly dangerous anti-psychotic drugs on fraudulent clinical grounds.

Question to the Conservatives: Will you close the FTAC?

Right then, I am refreshed and determined not to let the bastards grind me down again.

If Gordon Brown allows it, we may have a general election soon. The Conservatives are unlikely to win (although I am very happy to be proved wrong), but I am going to start asking them a series of question. Today, I have sent an email to shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling (copied to Mr Cameron) asking if they will close the FTAC or continue to use it for political detentions.

As we approach a general election, I am resuming my quest to have my life restored to me. I have asked this before and you have refused to answer. All that happens is that I get harassment from the police. However, I will ask again. Please remember that your response, or lack of one, will be made public on my blog.
Will a Conservative government close the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) and fully investigate the cases it has handled to determine which ones were genuine and which were erroneous or politically motivated?
As a background and to provide evidence, I was subject to detention ordered by the FTAC. My crime was to become desperate as a result of being stonewalled in my complaint of having my life destroyed by the abuse of the work-permit system that has flooded the market for my skills with cheap Indian imports on fraudulent claims of skills shortages. I would like to bring to your attention that one of the main advocates for allowing so many imports was an ex minister of the DTI who is now an executive director of BT Group, a part owner of Tech Machindra which is a major user of these imports, is the infamous Patricia Hewitt who has been subject to cash for influence claims.
During my detention by ‘doctor’ Jonsson at Mile End Hospital, I was subject to abuse that could be considered torture. Jonsson made completely false claims. His justification for continuing to detain me became increasingly ridiculous and in the end the ward staff refused to carry out his instructions. I was finally released by a tribunal that ridiculed Jonsson with their questioning.
I am proof that the FTAC has been used for political detentions. Does a Conservative government intend to continue to use it the same way?

Late last week and over the weekend I have been giving thought to resuming my campaign against the government and their instruments: the FTAC, police, East London NHS and especially ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson.

But firstly, I had an email from a Robert Jones from Wales this morning:

Just the other day I was pulled in front of my psychiatrist and told that the FTAC had seen my YouTube videos on PorkupineTV and RobertAlexanderJones and that they considered them inappropriate and threatening.
In fact they have been hacked into the the police and cut down and voiced over in some places to make them less likely to crate a puturbance to Prince Charles' murder conspiracy.
As I was writing this to you a third party saved a copy to the draft folder without my instruction.
I have been signed out of my e-mail account from someone using my live messenger to impersonate me on previous occasions and of course if you have access to someone's e-mail you can get all their pass words and so hack everything they do.

This is one of those cases where the involvement of the FTAC is legitimate. However, I have a bit of a suspicion that he is just a troll on the David Icke web forum. If he is the genuine article then ladies and gentlemen of the FTAC do your duty; you will get no objection from me.

Robert’s case is an example of why the FTAC was created. However, it is also the façade behind which the darker side of the FTAC operate.

I am willing to concede that the majority of the FTAC case work deals with the like of some nutter who claims that Prince Charles was in the car park of some pub in a dodgy village in the arse end Wales ordering that the spooks come and stab him. However, there is another side where people with legitimate grievances that have reached the end of their tether have been abducted from their homes and imprisoned without trial in mental wards with the doctors instructed to find something to hold them on, even if it is a lie.

Resumption of campaign

I previously gave up because I felt that I was getting nowhere and it was making me both mentally and physically ill. I received e-mails at the time urging me to continue and I every now and again I receive more.

Last night I decided to resume after I watch an episode of a Sci-fi show from a couple of years ago. The protagonist had been captured and was being tortured as part of his interrogation with a view to making him confess. I could identify with the treatment I received at the hand of ‘doctor’ Jonsson. I have never said that I was physically abused, but the treatment that I was subjected to was extremely degrading and I believe it was designed to ‘break’ me. In the TV show, there was one line that struck me. Our hero was presented with someone that had already been broken and was confessing. He was urging the broken prisoner to resist. “All you have to do is say, ‘No I won’t’, one more time than they say, ‘Yes, you will’”.

I here by give notice. I am saying, “No. I won’t”. There is another slogan from the TV series: “No retreat. No surrender”

I can identify with the words left by Joe Stack. One day soon you will see words like these on this blog from me.

If you’re reading this, you’re no doubt asking yourself, “Why did this have to happen?” The simple truth is that it is complicated and has been coming for a long time. The writing process, started many months ago, was intended to be therapy in the face of the looming realization that there isn’t enough therapy in the world that can fix what is really broken. Needless to say, this rant could fill volumes with example after example if I would let it. I find the process of writing it frustrating, tedious, and probably pointless… especially given my gross inability to gracefully articulate my thoughts in light of the storm raging in my head. Exactly what is therapeutic about that I’m not sure, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all taught as children that without laws there would be no society, only anarchy. Sadly, starting at early ages we in this country have been brainwashed to believe that, in return for our dedication and service, our government stands for justice for all. We are further brainwashed to believe that there is freedom in this place, and that we should be ready to lay our lives down for the noble principals represented by its founding fathers. Remember? One of these was “no taxation without representation”. I have spent the total years of my adulthood unlearning that crap from only a few years of my childhood. These days anyone who really stands up for that principal is promptly labeled a “crackpot”, traitor and worse.

While very few working people would say they haven’t had their fair share of taxes (as can I), in my lifetime I can say with a great degree of certainty that there has never been a politician cast a vote on any matter with the likes of me or my interests in mind. Nor, for that matter, are they the least bit interested in me or anything I have to say.

Why is it that a handful of thugs and plunderers can commit unthinkable atrocities (and in the case of the GM executives, for scores of years) and when it’s time for their gravy train to crash under the weight of their gluttony and overwhelming stupidity, the force of the full federal government has no difficulty coming to their aid within days if not hours? Yet at the same time, the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year and stealing from the corpses and victims they cripple, and this country’s leaders don’t see this as important as bailing out a few of their vile, rich cronies. Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”. It’s clear they see no crisis as long as the dead people don’t get in the way of their corporate profits rolling in.

And justice?

You’ve got to be kidding! How can any rational individual explain that white elephant conundrum in the middle of our tax system and, indeed, our entire legal system? Here we have a system that is, by far, too complicated for the brightest of the master scholars to understand. Yet, it mercilessly “holds accountable” its victims, claiming that they’re responsible for fully complying with laws not even the experts understand. The law “requires” a signature on the bottom of a tax filing; yet no one can say truthfully that they understand what they are signing; if that’s not “duress” than what is. If this is not the measure of a totalitarian regime, nothing is.

How did I get here?

My introduction to the real American nightmare starts back in the early ‘80s. Unfortunately after more than 16 years of school, somewhere along the line I picked up the absurd, pompous notion that I could read and understand plain English. Some friends introduced me to a group of people who were having ‘tax code’ readings and discussions. In particular, zeroed in on a section relating to the wonderful “exemptions” that make institutions like the vulgar, corrupt Catholic Church so incredibly wealthy. We carefully studied the law (with the help of some of the “best”, high-paid, experienced tax lawyers in the business), and then began to do exactly what the “big boys” were doing (except that we weren’t steeling from our congregation or lying to the government about our massive profits in the name of God). We took a great deal of care to make it all visible, following all of the rules, exactly the way the law said it was to be done.

The intent of this exercise and our efforts was to bring about a much-needed re-evaluation of the laws that allow the monsters of organized religion to make such a mockery of people who earn an honest living. However, this is where I learned that there are two “interpretations” for every law; one for the very rich, and one for the rest of us… Oh, and the monsters are the very ones making and enforcing the laws; the inquisition is still alive and well today in this country.

That little lesson in patriotism cost me $40,000+, 10 years of my life, and set my retirement plans back to 0. It made me realize for the first time that I live in a country with an ideology that is based on a total and complete lie. It also made me realize, not only how naive I had been, but also the incredible stupidity of the American public; that they buy, hook, line, and sinker, the crap about their “freedom”… and that they continue to do so with eyes closed in the face of overwhelming evidence and all that keeps happening in front of them.

Before even having to make a shaky recovery from the sting of the first lesson on what justice really means in this country (around 1984 after making my way through engineering school and still another five years of “paying my dues”), I felt I finally had to take a chance of launching my dream of becoming an independent engineer.

On the subjects of engineers and dreams of independence, I should digress somewhat to say that I’m sure that I inherited the fascination for creative problem solving from my father. I realized this at a very young age.

The significance of independence, however, came much later during my early years of college; at the age of 18 or 19 when I was living on my own as student in an apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. My neighbor was an elderly retired woman (80+ seemed ancient to me at that age) who was the widowed wife of a retired steel worker. Her husband had worked all his life in the steel mills of central Pennsylvania with promises from big business and the union that, for his 30 years of service, he would have a pension and medical care to look forward to in his retirement. Instead he was one of the thousands who got nothing because the incompetent mill management and corrupt union (not to mention the government) raided their pension funds and stole their retirement. All she had was social security to live on.

In retrospect, the situation was laughable because here I was living on peanut butter and bread (or Ritz crackers when I could afford to splurge) for months at a time. When I got to know this poor figure and heard her story I felt worse for her plight than for my own (I, after all, I thought I had everything to in front of me). I was genuinely appalled at one point, as we exchanged stories and commiserated with each other over our situations, when she in her grandmotherly fashion tried to convince me that I would be “healthier” eating cat food (like her) rather than trying to get all my substance from peanut butter and bread. I couldn’t quite go there, but the impression was made. I decided that I didn’t trust big business to take care of me, and that I would take responsibility for my own future and myself.

Return to the early ‘80s, and here I was off to a terrifying start as a ‘wet-behind-the-ears’ contract software engineer… and two years later, thanks to the fine backroom, midnight effort by the sleazy executives of Arthur Andersen (the very same folks who later brought us Enron and other such calamities) and an equally sleazy New York Senator (Patrick Moynihan), we saw the passage of 1986 tax reform act with its section 1706.

For you who are unfamiliar, here is the core text of the IRS Section 1706, defining the treatment of workers (such as contract engineers) for tax purposes. (d) EXCEPTION. - This section shall not apply in the case of an individual who pursuant to an arrangement between the taxpayer and another person, provides services for such other person as an engineer, designer, drafter, computer programmer, systems analyst, or other similarly skilled worker engaged in a similar line of work.

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE. - The amendment made by this section shall apply to remuneration paid and services rendered after December 31, 1986.

Note:

Â· “another person” is the client in the traditional job-shop relationship.

Â· “taxpayer” is the recruiter, broker, agency, or job shop.

Â· “individual”, “employee”, or “worker” is you.

Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it’s not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can’t believe my eyes.

During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change’, and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their “freedom”. Oh, and don’t forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn’t bill clients.

After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren’t going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.

Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.

Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn’t need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a shit about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to “shore up” their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.

Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special’ facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I’d never enter another accountant’s office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.

When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to XXXX XXXX, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl’s unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, XXXX knew all along this was missing and I didn’t have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.

This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around. I remember reading about the stock market crash before the “great” depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn’t it ironic how far we’ve come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn’t have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it’s “business-as-usual”. Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn’t that a clever, tidy solution.

As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.

I know I’m hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn’t limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at “big brother” while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won’t continue; I have just had enough.

I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn’t so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of shit at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.

I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.

Given that I am expecting to be detained again at any time, I thought it prudent to see if I can arrange legal representation beforehand. So I am beginning to contact solicitors.

My previous solicitors have proved to be unreliable. The Mental Health sector seems too dominated by those with Labour sympathies. They also take the contents of the medical records as being the truth and will not consider that the details may be biased, or false. Once the FTAC gets mentioned then there seems to be an assumption of guilt.

Last night I emailed one well known firm enquiring if they would represent me. They have the required experience as they advertise the fact on their website which boasts about notable clients. I know that they have read the e-mail because I got a read receipt. I know that they have been to this blog as I can see their visit in the logs. However, they have chosen not to respond. I will give them the rest of the day before outing them.

Tomorrow, I will try another firm, but I expect the same response. This is the world I live in. A hostile government. Denied any means of earning a living. Denied political representation. Denied medical treatment. Denied legal representation. Why is this acceptable to all but a few?

I am at a loss as to what I can do. All I get from people is the platitude ‘stuff happens, live with it and move on’. The point is, I cannot move on; I am trapped in this nightmare without any means of escape. I have done nothing to warrant this. I am just a random drive-by victim.

I am in desperate need of help; my complaint is sound and has ample supporting evidence. One can only speculate as to the reasons why a firm such as Bindmans would refuse to get involved. I expect this will happen with everyone else I try.

UPDATE II (06 Feb 10)

This morning I received a letter from Mr Paul Ridge of Bindmans Solicitors claiming that the reason why they cannot take on my case is because of capacity problems.

It doesn’t stop them from defending notorious murderers and rapists, self proclaimed seditionists, and the traitors, fraudsters and thieves in the Houses of Parliament.

However, an innocent victim of this government that has had his livelihood stolen, been refused help that he is legally entitled to and unlawfully imprisoned cannot get any help. Are they saying that it is fine to abduct someone and lock them in a mental hospital? Corruptly section them without any proper evidence? For doctors to subject someone to what is degrading treatment in anybody’s judgement and could be considered torture? To begin to forcibly drug someone after four months of doing nothing just so they can justify the continued imprisonment?

We have a country that treats fraudsters, thieves, rapists and murders better that those that are innocent and just want to work and produce a large net benefit to the country.

More Labour dirty trick and vindictiveness

The dirty tricks department of the Labour government are trying to make me homeless again. They have dragged up a disputed rent overlap from four years ago and a pursuing payment. I was placed in a temporary flat while I was applying for permanent a place. When I was allocated on it was at year end. I was given only a few weeks to move in. The place was disgustingly filthy and I had no furniture whatsoever. I made an application for a grant but these things take time to process because to the laziness and incompetence of the staff. I had no option but to stay where I was.

In the end I was given no option; I had to leave where I was and move in despite not having anything. There was a period when the overlap was disputed, but that went away. I presumed that the matter had been settled.

Now, four years later, they have brought up this so-called debt again. I do not believe that I owe them any money at all. I certainly do not have the funds or assets to pay them.

This is obviously a bit of vindictive dirty tricks. I have asked for the date and location of the court hearing. I will publish them on this blog. I will attempt to defend myself, but if I fail then I will kill myself in front of everyone. Although I would have taken my own life, it will be another murder by the Labour government.

For the attention of Mr Abdul Tarekh (020 7364 7465) of Tower Hamlets council: you are a collaborator with this evil government; you have blood on your hands.

It is such a waste that could easily be settled. All I ever wanted to do was to earn a living in peace.

Ministry of propaganda pays FTAC Watch blog a visit.

Yesterday we were blessed with a comment from someone going by the moniker ‘Jethro’ who said, ‘what is wrong with the idea of the FTAC? Doesn't a stable society that desores [sic] safety and security need a body that keeps an eye on individuals that pose a threat to others?'

As it happens, I was checking my stats as the same time. I spotted someone from the Houses of Parliament (IP address: 194.60.38.10) was in the log and to my surprise, the time stamps match. Spotting that I may be in for a bit of abuse and dirty tricks from the government, I apprehensively published the comment.

It could not go without a response so I replied, ‘The FTAC has got nothing to do with the safety of society but the security of MP's. It is also used to silence anyone who speaks against the government.’

The ‘Jethro’ character tried to make a comment that was just a bit of cut ‘n paste from the standard propaganda about the FTAC and has been covered on this blog anyway, so I deleted that one. He also added, “Yes, I do work in Parliament - there's nothing I have to hide. Are you the person who sends faxes to the offices of MPs (about the FTAC) almost every day?” Do you see what he has done there? He is trying to paint me as a compulsive fanatic. He knows perfectly well that I am not the person that sends faxes, if such a person exists. For a start, I have no means of sending any faxes. He could easily trace where the faxes come from; most have the number at the top. All attempts I have made to contact MPs have been recorded on this blog and fully identify me and refer to this site.

He also said, “Do MPs not deserve safety and security too? Sadly there are mentally ill people in the world, and organisations like FTAC have to exist to stop some of these people crossing the line between 'mentally ill' and 'danger to people's lives'.” My response was “Everyone deserves to live safely and that includes innocent people trying to make a living without the state arbitrarily stealing their livelihood without providing any help finding an alternative way of supporting themselves.

I am just a victim who would like his life back. I have BEGGED for years to be allowed to earn a living, but have been refused help every time. In the end the FTAC sent the police round to abduct me and lock me up. Once held in hospital ‘doctor’ Jonsson contrived any excuse to keep me locked up none of which were valid.”

I went on to say, "Let me make this offer here in public. I am willing to be subjected to any tests you want to establish the state of my mental health, provided those tests are done by someone from outside the NHS, preferably from another country. I am confident that they will not support the fraudulent diagnosis of ‘doctor’ Jonsson. If they do support him then you can do with me what you like (execution please). However, if they support me then I would like my life back in full and those that would imprison me to be imprisoned themselves.
Jethro, if you have any honour in your soul, I BEG you to contact the appropriate ministers in the Home office, DWP and NHS to arrange a meeting with me so that I can make my case that I have been injured by the policies of this government and the behaviour of these departments."

I know that my message has been read as I have checked the stats and there was a visit from the Houses of Parliament at 1:36pm today checking the comments. It will come as a surprise to nobody to hear that I have not gotten any response to my offer.

This is the culture of government in the UK. They would rather brand people and ‘mentally ill’ and have them locked up than risk having them be able to prove that they have been a victim of government policy and incompetence.

Euthanasia for the terminally unemployed

This post is not just a bit self-indulgent self-pity, but an exploration of where things could go. The Telegraph today reports that 80% support assisted suicide. Sir Terry Pratchett is suggesting assisted suicide tribunals. I actually do believe in allowing assisted suicides for the terminally ill. However, there are many dangers that it could be abused. Given the behaviour of the Labour government, it can be guaranteed that it will.

Euthanasia for the terminally unemployed, like me, should be available. For many of those without a job there is no chance that they will ever work again.

For some this may be because they are sick or feckless. Many are older where the employers prefer young staff. Some are surplus to requirements because of changing demand. Others may be displaced because the jobs have been sold or negotiated away by the government as in the case of IT staff.

No money is to be spent on them because either the cost to bring them up to employable standards would be too great or they are of the wrong demographic and are unlikely to support the government.

The outlook for those that are terminally unemployed is that they will remain in poverty for the rest of their lives and continue to be a burden on the state. For some this can be for 40 or 50 years. As poorer people, they will also be a greater drain on the health services as well as inevitable criminals.

To relieve the personal suffering of these people and to reduce the burden on the state it would be helpful if the opportunity to end their lives was made available.

I would welcome the opportunity of being helped to die. I find that I cannot do it on my own. I would rather die with minimal pain, distress and in a dignified way where the results can be cleaned up with little fuss (burn me with the rest of the clinical waste will do fine). The alternative is that I do it alone at home, in pain and with the distinct possibility of great suffering as I try to get it right. I live alone without any contact with anyone so my body will not be discovered until it is in an advanced state of decay.

Of course, I would rather live and be a productive member of society. If I was allowed to work, I would be a higher rate tax payer too. However, the government has other ideas and I am now permanently excluded from working. I am condemned to spend the rest of my life in poverty and squalor. The only alternatives the government has for me is some form of prison either regular or mental.

Regular reader Rod from Australia has given me an idea for a post. In a response to the post about the stalking by the police, be brings up the issue of monetary compensation. Well, there is a story about that.

Most of my posts are finished with the line “All I ever wanted to do was to earn a living in peace”. Prior to the Labour government destroying my livelihood I was a freelance IT consultant in the finance sector. I had been successful for years and was living in the West End of London. In late 2001 I had the opportunity to some business based in one of the Caribbean tax havens. However, this also required that I also continue with some consultancy work in the UK. The theft of the market for my skills produced a cascade of failures in all parts of my life. It resulted in me being homeless, bankrupt and suffering sever damage to my mental and physical health. Before I became a victim of the Labour government I was a very respectable, successful businessman; now I am a disgusting wreck.

To further set the scene I must describe the strict conditions that I was being held under. I was under ‘one-to-one’ continuous observation which meant that there was somebody watching me all the time. I could not even go to the toilet or shower without someone watching what I was doing. I was held in a room where I was on display to everyone on the ward. No privacy at any time whatsoever. I was not allowed have a change of clothes; so for a whole month I had to remain in the dirty clothes that I use for doing the housework that I was wearing when I was abducted. I was not allowed to perform the most basic of grooming tasks such cut my nails. There was no access to anything to pass the time and definitely no access to any form of media so that I could find out what was going on in the world.

I discussed these conditions with somebody shortly after I was released and they said that this sounds like the techniques outlined in the CIA torture manual. I originally thought that the description was a bit excessive and emotive. However, I traced down the document he was referring to and I can see many analogies between how ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson was treating me and the torture techniques. I was subject to sensory deprivation, humiliation and degradation.

Before I leaned better, I was discussing my plight with ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson or Mile End Hospital. I discussed my prior life and the extensive damage done. Little did I know it at the time, but it was purely an exercise for him to glean a few things upon which to base his lies.

As part of our discussion, the question of the monetary value of my losses came up. Remember that I was held under very stressful conditions and without any access to data to produce and justify an accurate estimate. I roughly worked out the losses of possessions, lost earning to date, what costs would be involved to repair the damage and set me off again. I did not cover future earnings, and I forgot about things like pensions. Because I was working abroad and desperately wanted to leave the UK and return there, I worked in US Dollars rather than Sterling. I estimated that the amount of my losses and cost to repair was somewhere between 1 and 5 million Dollars.

I was clear that this was an estimate of the damage done, but ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson twisted that into a lie that I was demanding 5 million Pounds compensation. This lie was recorded on my notes and has frequently been repeated. Only when it is repeated in my presence do I have any opportunity to rebut this lie. I have never been able to get the lie to be removed from the file or have the truth recorded in the notes and linked to Jonsson’s claims. Anyone that reads the notes will over see his claims and will never see my rebuttal of his lies.

It should also be noted that all the other parts of my history was branded by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson as delusions such as I was working abroad, and my technical and business knowledge. The abusive conditions I was kept under clearly prevented me from producing any documentary proof at the time. However, when I did finally gain access to documentary proof it was never considered. He maintained that I was delusional about living abroad despite I could produce a passport with multiple stamps in it and I also had the last two utility bills from my overseas home. Only at the final tribunal did he relent by saying during his questioning by saying, “there now appears to be some evidence that supports some aspects of his story”. At no point prior to then had he allowed me to present any documentary evidence to prove him wrong and me right.

The result of my final tribunal was that I was discharged from hospital. The members of the tribunal saw through his lies. Their questions to ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson humiliated him. However, the damaged done by him only extends the desperate plight I am in. His fraudulent imposition of a Section III detention means that I will never work again in my life. Not that I have much chance of ever doing so, but the FTAC will have put me on the ‘no fly’ list and I will be prevented from travelling to some countries such as the United States.

Despite ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson’s fraudulent claims that I am demanding multi-million pounds compensation, I have only ever formally stated ‘I would like my life back’. I am in no way responsible for what happened to me. I was simply going about my business. I was a respectable and honest man. I am a completely innocent drive-by victim of the Labour government’s incompetent and evil policies. What is true is that to ‘give me my life back’ will now cost many millions of pounds because of the extreme extent of the damage done. However, that is not the same thing as me making demands for multi-million pound compensation.

Will my life ever be repaired: NO CHANCE. This government nor any likely successor will never admit to inflicting wholly unwarranted injury to an innocent man like me. I am condemned to spend the rest of my life in poverty and squalor. With the constant fear of what will happen next. It is such a waste of an innocent life. All I ever wanted to do was to earn a living in peace.

So what are my so-called ‘delusions’? Part I

When I was held prisoner by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson at Mile End Hospital on orders from the FTAC then justification used was that I was suffering from persistent delusional disorder. However, I was never able to get them to tell me what those delusions were. Actually, they never ever formally told me what their diagnosis was. I asked in several e-mails to management at the hospital for the following information: a) what belief that I had that they claimed to be a delusion, b) evidence that I held that ‘delusion’, and c) evidence that said belief was really was a delusion. Despite frequent requests, they would never tell me. In the absence of a formal list I shall take a few topics that I did talk about that I think that Jonsson and the others claimed as being my delusions.

One of the things that I did say that they had issue with, so I presume that they claim to be one of my delusions, was that they government was issuing large numbers of fraudulent work-permits in the IT sector that were displacing British workers. This was the root cause of my unemployment which led to my homelessness, bankruptcy, ill heath and everything else. The doctors claimed that none of this was happening and it was just a fantasy of mine. For holding this ‘delusion’ I should be locked up forever.

However, in the real world thing are vastly different. The Professional Contractors Group (PCG) has fought a battle (I believe incompetently) for years. They have a website dedicated to the issue of ICT abuse. The Association of Professional Staffing Companies frequently complains about it describing it as ‘crazy’. Even the Labour supporting BBC has done several programs reporting the issue. Belatedly the governments own Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) chaired by Professor David Metcalf agree that there was an issue, but only recommended a 10% cut in the numbers.

The problem remains and continues to get coverage. The Times published a piece entitled “Arrival of 30,000 migrant IT workers 'deprives Britons of jobs’” on the 5 January which generated over 200 comments. Many of them gave stories much like mine. One of the trade publications, Computer Weekly, has started a blog by another victim and contains all too familiar stories.

My point being that this is not a delusion or just happening to me. It is a very serious and wide spread issue that is causing massive damage to a large number of people. I have been destroyed by it and refused any help whatsoever despite me BEGGING people at all levels from the local DWP up to members of parliament and the specific ministers in control of the departments. All that got me was for the politicians to get the FTAC to detain me.

Jonsson just decreed all of my reports of these issues to be a delusion and instructed the other doctor and the social worker to agree to a Section 3 detention. This was a complete fraud. There were no genuine grounds for it. I was held as a political prisoner for the crime of wanting to work and objecting to have my livelihood stolen from me. Jonsson would never allow me to provide evidence of anything I said; everything was dismissed.

Just what am I supposed to do? My life has been destroyed; there is absolutely no chance of me ever recovering. I am condemned to living in squalor for the rest of my life. I will never work again, but I live in daily fear of someone in the DWP finding some excuse to take my benefits away. Last year I was seriously considering suicide, but that is just what they want. It will probably be what happens in the end (and I will welcome death), but I intend to make things difficult for as many people as I can before the end. It is such a waste that could have easily been avoided.

I have been asked again to allow comments on this blog. When I first started this blog I did allow them, but I got a number of highly abusive ones. So I stopped all comments.

Because I have had a number of requests to comment I have enabled comments again. However, I will check them before I publish them. No discussion – my blog, my rules.

Don’t bother leaving comments suggesting that I take my tin foil hat off (I don’t have one), or ‘get help’ (the point is that there is none to be had) because it will never be published.

Is a new attack about to begin?

Earlier today I had someone knocking on my front door. I have a strict policy of not answering my door to unsolicited callers. I just pretend that there is nobody in. Normally after two attempts the caller goes away. This time it was different; the caller kept knocking and then attempted to look through the letter box. This is normally the behaviour of the police when they come to call. Then the visitor called me by name and claimed to be a reporter from the Sun newspaper and wished to interview me about my website. I can only assume that he meant this one as my others contain nothing of interest.

Now, I have nothing against the Sun. In fact, I visit Page3.com every day and have Danni Wells as the background on my workstation. However, I have no intention of giving them nor any other newspaper or other media outlet any interviews.

The question is: where did they get my name and address from? This website does not contain any reference to my name anywhere. Even with my name, how did they get my address? I am not on the electoral roll. There are no links between any of my other websites and this one. Anyway, I do not have my address on any of my other websites. The only official links has been in e-mails to MP’s and it has been mentioned once in a letter to the East London Community mental health teams. All communication with them got forwarded to the police by the recipient. At no point have I ever given my name (or address) to the media from the FTAC Watch address. So my name and address was given to the Sun by either an MP, the police, or the NHS.

What game is about to begin?

Maybe I should consult a solicitor? Anybody with a suitable recommendation?

George Galloway deported from Egypt

If the odious traitor paid more attention to his constituency then I would never have descended into to the hell that I have lived in for the last six years. I have repeatedly tried to get help from him and his Respect party but they refuse to take on my case. They have never explained why, but I suspect it is because I am a white, (former) businessman complaining that fraudulent work-permits had destroyed my livelihood; that goes against their racist and socialist dogmas.

I have tried to complain to the parliamentary ombudsman that my MP, Galloway, will not consider my case, but he refused to look into it because he claimed it is up to individual MPs to decide what cases to help. I tried to make a complaint on racial discrimination grounds, but being white I could not get anyone to look into that either. When I try to approach other MPs they say that they cannot help me because I am not one of their continuants. I am wholly without any parliamentary representation in the UK. What the parliamentary ombudsman and the MPs have failed to appreciate is that they have now set a very dangerous precedent. If, God forbid, the BNP ever get to hold a seat at Westminster, they have grounds to discriminate against selected members of their constituency based on race. Why are they so stupid; don’t they see that this sort of behaviour is one of the driving forces that creates terrorism?

It would have been so much easier to have helped me all those years ago. It has been such a waste. I have done nothing to warrant it at all. I was not mentally ill, I am not a drug or alcohol abuser, my skills were extensive and up-to-date, I had a clean criminal and credit record and I am eager and extremely hard working. So why did they do it to me? Why have I never been allowed to get back to work?

However, this all started from my personal site which was getting similar visits even though there is little content. These visits were happening several times a day, for days in a row. I have put in redirects for these addresses to some abuse sites. Later I changed it to here.

Here is an open letter to the police:

Dear Plod,

I see that you are back to monitoring my websites. Did you have a nice Christmas? How was your dinner? Of course, I did not have anything because your masters have decreed that I cannot have the means to cook a proper meal.

Rather than constantly searching through my web sites for something you can use to twist into a reason to once again abduct me from my home and abuse me in a mental ward, how about talking to me directly? I will tell you all about it. You won’t like my answers because I can prove that everything I have said is true. Get in touch; you know how. No visits to my home, please.

I know I won’t get any response from the police because they will have to admit the lies they have told and acknowledge the abuse I suffered at the hands of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson of Mile End Hospital. Their masters in government won’t allow it either as I can show that they are responsible for my situation and all I am is a totally innocent, drive-by victim of their traitorous policies.

Somebody's Watching Me

Nobody will be surprised to hear that my desperate pleas have yielded no results whatsoever. Actually, that is not entirely true. I have been awarded the pleasure of extra attention from the police.

The thing is that they are looking at the wrong website! Rather that looking here, they are looking at my personal website. I only use the domain name for e-mail and the website has no meaningful content at all and gets very few hits; until last week. All of a sudden I have been getting hits and the visitor scans through all four pages. They then revisit the following day and the day after that. Checking on the IP Address shows with a bit of digging that it belongs to the police.

Just what they think they are going to achieve I don’t know. They won’t find any evidence there to justify abducting and imprisoning me again. Are they trying to ‘send me a message’ that they a watching me? Maybe, but this form of harassment is a bit too subtle for the police. I believe they are repeatedly looking there because they have been given the wrong address and are too stupid to realise it.

On Friday I put a redirect on the site to send them elsewhere. Initially I sent them to the metropolitan police website. This didn’t stop them so on Saturday I changed it to this internet ledged. If they continue this week I feel a goatse coming on.

Here is a radical idea for you Mr. Plod, have you ever thought about getting someone to talk to me sensibly? I mean without abducting me from my home, throwing me into a mental hospital where and I can be abused and tortured, and continuously lie about everything? Somehow I don’t think you will do that as that might mean that everything I said about being an innocent victim of government policy will be proved to be correct and your masters will not allow that.

Update: So far today (Tuesday) I've had over six attempted visits from the 212.74.97 addresses which are used by the police. So I have redirected the whole of the range off to a goatse.

Update II: Visits have continued. I hope they like what they get! They are even trying to use TOR now. A new visitor has been from in.parliament.uk (194.60.38.10). So I have put a redirect to here.

My last attempt at BEGGING for help

The revelation of the latest MP’s expense claims led me to make a post on my blog contrasting how I have to live. On the one hand we have Jacqui Smith claiming £611 for a bed, but I sleep on a mattress that I found in the street. Kitty Ussher claims £16,000 for a kitchen and I don’t even have a cooker.

I don’t want to be ‘given’ anything; I want my life back so I can provide for myself. My life was stolen from me back in 2003 as a result of the government flooding the market for my IT skills with cheap foreign imports on fraudulent work permits. It has led to me becoming bankrupt, homeless and has destroyed my mental and physical health.

Since then I have been desperate to return to work, but every time I have BEGGED the DWP for help it has been refused. All my protests have achieved is to have the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) ordering my political detention thereby inflicting more injury. The damage has grown exponentially and now there is very little chance of me ever working again.

Please let me make one last attempt at BEGGING you to help me.

As I wrote above, the damage that has been done is severe, it will take a lot to repair. For that reason it is not appropriate for my case to be handled locally; it will require ministerial action both the home office, the department of health and the department of work and pensions.

Allowing me to work will also create employment for others and bring in much needed revenue. Which is far better for everyone than the current policy of keeping me in poverty so that incompetence and corruption can be covered up.

I am not a lunatic, a criminal, or a terrorist; all I ever wanted to do is earn a living in peace.

Let us see if I get a response from any of them. I won’t hold my breath.

MP’s live in luxury while their victims live in squalor

I was just about to make a post over at Guido’s blog regarding MP’s expense claims and how I have nothing when I thought I would make a blog post myself documenting just how badly I live. I apologise for the quality of the photographs; my camera, like its owner, is old, decrepit, and not long for this world.

This is my bedroom.

Jacqui Smith claims £611 for another bed and mattress. Well, I don’t have a bed at all. I sleep on a mattress that I luckily found in the street outside. Prior to that, I had to make do with a cheap inflatable one that I bought from Argos. The chair is one of two I found outside too. When I found then they were covered in grime from being left on someone’s patio for years. They’ve cleaned up a treat. The curtains/blinds are by the Financial Times (my favourite newspaper). It was a hell of a struggle cleaning the walls, but I did manage to get most of the graffiti off; however, if you can still see the marks and indentations in the plaster work.

This is the kitchen

When the council made their half arsed attempt to renovate this flat they did update the kitchen, but made a bit of a hash about it. However, what is important here is not the state of the kitchen, but what is not in it. The only means of cooking food is the steamer I bought. I do not have any thing else. I don’t have a fridge, or anything else.

It is where I spend the most time. Again the thing to be noted is the complete absence of anything.

When I was imprisoned at the hands of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson at Mile End hospital, I was occasionally allowed to return home for an hour. Everyone that accompanied me was shocked at the conditions that I have to live under. My flat was officially noted in my file as being ‘uninhabitable’. Jonsson (even though he had never seen the flat) tried to use the fact that I was living in extremely poor conditions as evidence that I was psychotic. I suppose the reasoning went along the lines that only loonies would choose to live like that or that I was too feeble minded to live any better. It was also noted in my file that I should be helped. However, once I managed to win my freedom at a tribunal, I was refused any help.

I don’t want to be ‘given’ anything. The thing is that I should never been here and certainly not under these conditions. If the government had not stolen my livelihood I would have been living in my own property and with possessions that I have been paid for out of my own earnings.

I was not without skills. I do not have any drug or alcohol problems. I have not suffered sudden mental retardation (yes, Jonsson tried to use that one too!) I have done nothing wrong. Yet the government seeks to blame me for what happened when all along it was just that I was an innocent bystander victim of their drive-by policies.

The IPCC back the fascists once again

I got the results of my appeal to the decision by the IPCC about my detention this morning. Nobody will be surprised to hear that it was not upheld. The case work manager was Matthew Ward (Telephone: 0207 166 3131, email: matthew.ward@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk).

The policemen, PC Blears and PC Nash that arrested me claim to have never entered my flat and that I was detained in the common areas. This is a total lie. I was inside my home when six or more policemen came banging on my front door demanding to be let in. One was carrying a metal rod that he was handling in a way that indicated that he was preparing to beat me. When I challenged that officer about it he said that they were told that I was armed. I was ‘requested’ to go with them, but I said no. After a frank exchange of views the police officer, PC Blears, said that they could get an order to remove me. I invited them to leave and to do just that. In response, PC Blears said, “No, I’m going to arrest you for breach of the peace” and took me by the arm. I was not allowed to do anything apart from put on my shoes, and pick up my coat and keys. I was allowed to look my front door, but to make the flat secure such as switching off the central heating, lock the back door, or switch off electrical equipment like the coffee machine and computer. Once outside the building (not in the communal area as claimed), PC Blears said, “You are now no longer under arrest for breach of the peace, but I am detaining you under section 136 of the mental health act.

It make no sense to suggest that I was outside my flat, dressed in clothes that I used when doing the housework and only possessing my house keys. It is a total fabrication by the police.

The IPCC’s investigation was a total whitewash. For ages they would not investigate anyway. When they did, the policeman obviously lied and they just accepted it. The appeals process was nonsense too. Firstly, they delayed doing anything for ages, then without thinking rationally, accepted the original findings without question.

What this shows is that the police can just come to your home and abduct you without any proper legal process, lie about what they did, and there is no way that the IPCC will consider anything other than the police side of the story. This is the fascist police state that New Labour has created in the UK in action.

Updates on suicidal thoughts

Several readers of this blog have e-mailed to urge me to reconsider terminating my existence this month. Although I appreciate their concern and I have no real wish to die, none of them have made a good case for me not to go ahead with it. Some have said that worse things have happened to others, which is true, but unhelpful. The ‘something will turn up’ argument is totally without merit as given the dire economic condition that this evil and incompetent government has put us into there is no doubt that my already low income from benefits will be under threat.

One reader did get my attention when they sent me a link to a story about a young mother, Christelle Pardo, and her baby son, Kayjah, died when she was driven to jump out of window by the DWP. Caseworkers at the DWP will do anything to reduce the claimant count and they know that driving the claimant to kill themselves is a very good way to close a case and avoid any appeals. They also know that they can get away with a murder like this without any fear of being held accountable. As my emailer says,” they want you to kill yourself. Nobody will give a damn about you”

One of the major things that made me want to end it all is the continuous feeling of frustration I have as I consider all the things that I know I am capable of achieving but have been permanently denied. I have always wanted to create; that is why I refer to my death as termination rather than destruction (a concept that appeared to be beyond the comprehension of the staff in the hospital I was imprisoned in). Maybe I should marshal my thoughts into a new direction?

At this point all the people at the FTAC will be wetting themselves as they jump up and down saying, “Ah! There you see. Vague and ambiguous threats. This is typical in these cases”. They will recommend that the police come round to my house and abduct me again. The problem with people like the FTAC is that they are obsessed with finding threats where there are none to justify their existence. My response to the question ‘are you making a threat’ is (I am sorry, I cannot resist this) ‘maybe I am, or maybe I am not; you will find out someday’.

There is another way of ensuring that I pose no threat to anyone (apart from incarceration or assignation; both of which are practiced by this government) which is to actually listen to me. I can prove everything I have said. Massive damage has been done to me by the state and I am not responsible for any of it. If the damage could be repaired then it would yield immediate and large dividends. However, such thinking is beyond the capacity of this government and its operatives such as the FTAC; I am far more likely to be locked up, killed, or left to rot with the hope I will kill myself. There is no chance that they would help me and thereby several others at the same time.

Visit from the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health in Australia

I have noticed from my visitor logs that I have been getting a few visits from the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health in Australia also known as Forensicare. They are free to read my blog as anyone else. This is to be expected as this is where another specialist in the field, Dr Paul Mullen, is based. He has collaborated with Dr David James on several occasions and both lecture worldwide.

I make this offer to Forenicare, and to any other forensic mental heath department in the world except the UK: come and interview me (or fund a visit of me to you). Rather than base your beliefs on fraudulent reports from the UK and reading this blog, how about access to the primary data? I will give you detailed and honest answers to all your questions. I will provide detailed evidence to back up everything I believe so that the accusation of delusions by the FTAC and ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson can be proved to be a lie.

A good scientist would be interested in access to primary data rather than, shall we say disputed, secondary data. Are you motivated in finding out the truth or are you going with the lies?

I doubt if I will hear from anyone. The health services all claim to be ‘evidence based’, but actually they do not consider it at all. In any case, the UK would seek to block it as the last thing they want is someone investigating the details of my detention and treatment.

UPDATE (02Dec09): It will come as a surprise to nobody that the Australian equivalent of the FTAC has chosen not to avail themselves of an opportunity to learn the truth. One would have thought that proper scientist would welcome the chance of access to examine a subject that the UK FTAC has identified. Maybe they already know that I am not a real psychological case, but one of political detention and they want nothing to do with it?

A Million British people could be back in work within a month

However, they won’t. This is because the government won’t let them. If you are out of work and eager to find employment there is a job out there with your name on it. The problem is that the New Labour party have sold it to someone else from abroad why is more likely in the long term to support them rather than anyone else. This is far from a fantasy no matter what lies come of ministers’ mouths. We have had reports extracted with great pain that show that the majority of the fabled new jobs created over the last few years have gone to imported staff. Just the other month we had an admission by government advisors that the immigration policy was a deliberate attack on the British people.

My experience drawn from not only the nightmare last six years, but of past recessions gives me a perspective on the plight of those at a professional level that have lost the jobs recently. Many have commented on the plight of the young or the unskilled, but it is the professionals that will suffer in this recession. You face losing everything you have worked so hard for over the years. There is no help for you to recover. In fact, because you have been ‘a looser’ will be used against you too. I have to break it to you that you are highly unlikely to ever be employed again. You may be lucky, but don’t expect anything more that a role than demands a fraction of your ability.

Only a few of the millions of unemployed people in the country are benefit scroungers, but the government have painted all of them as such. The only help that the government gives is to offer to take benefits away; in their sick minds it will encourage people. Someone has been reading too much Samuel Johnson (“when a man knows he is to be hanged in a fortnight, it concentrates his mind wonderfully"). I always wondered how driving someone into ever deeper poverty makes them a more attractive candidate to an employer; I believe that it would have the opposite effect, but I am just a simple man.

So how do I plan to get one million people back to work within a month? In essence, I plan to give people back the jobs they should have had in the first place. Firstly, I would announce a strict audit of every work-permit, especially those for intra-company transfers, that has ever been issued and that those employers that have work-permit staff that fail this audit will face fraud charges including custodial sentences for the directors and senior executives. This measure alone will ‘encourage’ many to dump their imported staff and re-hire indigenous ones. Once a few headline convictions happen, this re-hiring will grow exponentially. Secondly, all active permits and applications are to be listed on a website where jobseekers can apply for the roles. If someone is in the role then they the permit should be suspended and the holder required to return to their own country pending the outcome of the review. If the employer does not take the applicant, then there should be an independent tribunal to judge if the employer has indeed tried to properly recruit in the UK and withdraw the permit (and prosecuted for fraud considered) if found not to have properly attempted to hire locally. Thirdly, the cost of permits should be increased, with the revenue to go into training, and their duration reduced. Unfortunately, there has been so much abuse and for so long that it will take the draconian actions outlined to bring the problem under control. These measures will create a strong demand for British staff, but not create so-called shortages as if there is a genuine need to hire overseas then they can. As the government always says, if you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to fear.

However, there remains the problem of all the damaged souls. The first thing to do is for the government to acknowledge a few things about unemployed professionals: they are victims and not criminals; damage caused by unemployment is cumulative and reach a point of no return very easily; they don’t need to be motivated through fear; and they also require help and it’s nature is vastly different from that you inflict on levels 0, and 1 skilled people. Just remember, if you are a professional unemployed desperately looking for work, but finding no luck, it’s because New Labour sacrificed your life for the good of their party.

In my case, I am beyond recovery; the damage is just too great. Although I have tried to keep my skills current (I was once told by an idiot down the Jobcentre that I didn’t need to as IT skill are like riding a bike, you never forget), it is a bit patchy as I’ve not studied every aspect to the same depth. In any case, although it is enough for me to develop a few things, it would never be considered by any recruiter as it was not done ‘in a commercial environment’. Officially, my technical skills are stuck in 2003 which is two versions of SQL Server ago and a language that I have not written anything in for over four years as I now use C# rather than C++. Apart from atrophied technical skills, it is an unavoidable consequence of not being able to work that your financial standing is destroyed. I have a very poor financial history, but I maintain that this is not a result of my incompetence but of the damage done to me; if I had been allowed to work then it would be the excellent status as it once was. My field was finance. I used to develop trading and analytical systems for traders. To work in a financial institution requires that one has a clean financial record. Outside that field, potential employers say that I have no relevant experience.

The years have also taken its toll on my health, both physically and mentally. Now that ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson of Mile End Hospital chose to impose a Section 3 on me, I have no chance of ever working again. That Section 3 was totally fraudulent and was used to imprison me on orders from the FTAC. I am willing to be studied by an independent doctor from abroad (i.e. NOT from the NHS) and provide documentary evidence to prove that there is nothing wrong with me in the way that Jonsson claims.

However, nothing will be done and I have had enough. I am planning to kill myself sometime in the coming weeks once I have summoned up the courage. It is not something I want to do, but I face a bleak future without any hope of improvement.

Old Holborn (a hero of mine, along with Guido) asks the question "What can we do?" I have made a response, but although OH has a policy on not censoring posts he may make an exception for mine. So I am posting it here too. I’ll probably expand upon the idea later.

I know that there is no chance of me ever recovering from the damage done to me by the evil New Labour regime. I also know that the Conservatives will be just as bad, if not worse in some respects. I live in squalid conditions and have no access to any help whatsoever. The prospect of living the rest of my life like this or even worse fills me with dread so I have reluctantly decided to terminate myself sometime before the end of the year. It is not something that I want to do, but I have no other choice.

Rather than kill myself quietly, alone, and not be discovered for months, maybe there should be a spectacular where everyone can see that New Labour is KILLING PEOPLE. How about setting fire to myself in Parliament Square on Christmas Day?

Forcibly drugged by ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson without medical justification

I have received an e-mail from someone called ‘Coker’ who is inquiring what drugs I was forced to take. They believe that the drugs that they were forced to take has caused permanent damage to their health. I would like to give another part of my story to explain what happened.

Doctor Ferdinand Jonsson of Mile End Hospital forced me to take anti-psychotics. However, it was only after four months of detention did he decided to do that. He and everyone else knew that it wasn’t necessary on medical grounds; it was only so he could claim that I was receiving ‘treatment’ and hence justify my continued detention.

In the first month of imprisonment under section 2 for ‘assessment’ and for the first three month held under section 3 for ‘treatment’, I received no treatment of any kind. I was purely detained. I was prescribed medication, but I refused to take it and there was no coercion to make me. It was only my attempts to appeal to his superiors for my release did ‘doctor’ Jonsson resort to force the anti-psychotic drugs on me.

Anti-psychotic drugs are highly dangerous. Thankfully, I was only on these for a couple of weeks before the tribunal set me free. They are used to treat people who supposedly suffer from a range of disorders such as schizophrenia and sever cases of bipolar disorder. They are known to have several side-effects and can be potentially fatal. They are also known for causing damage to the heart which is pertinent to me as I have a chronic case of hypertension that was well known to the medical staff at the hospital. My life was deliberately endangered by the actions of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson.

In my case ‘doctor’ Jonsson was using a diagnosis of ‘persistent delusional disorder’ to imprison me. However, despite me making numerous formal requests I was never told: a) what those delusional beliefs were, b) what the evidence was to indicate that I held those beliefs, and c) evidence that those beliefs were actually false. Everything I said a) has come to pass and is now part of the historical record, b) I can prove by providing documentary evidence, or c) is the opinion of experts of a belief held in the wider population. The so-called diagnosis by ‘doctor’ Jonsson is a fabrication. It is a lie to justify my detention; it was purely politically motivated as I identified (and can provide evidence) the policies of the New Labour regime cased the destruction of my livelihood. Most of the people working in the NHS are Labour supporters and to hold a belief that their party could do anything that was less than perfect is a clear sign, in their eyes, of delusion.

Time has shown that the performance of the New Labour government has been a bit less than perfect. Maybe, just maybe, I might not be so delusional after all?

All the ward staff privately told me that, in their opinion, what ‘doctor’ Jonsson was doing was wrong. It led to them disobeying his orders when it came to their report to the tribunal. Instead of backing him on my continued detention, they backed me in my attempt to be released. At the tribunal, instead of the normal named nurse it was the ward manager who was there and backed me up in everything I said. The tribunals questioning of ‘doctor’ Jonsson was humiliating. In the end they had no problem whatsoever in ordering my discharge from imprisonment.

Doctor Ferdinand Jonsson is an incompetent, a liar and an abuser of his patients. He should never have been allowed to put people through the torture that he inflicts on people. The man should be in prison. I have tried to make complaints to the hospital about his behaviour by they would not seriously consider my case. I also tried to take my case to the healthcare commission, now the parliamentary and healthcare ombudsman, but they also refuse to look into the abuse I received. Anything that involves the FTAC will never be properly investigated as I also found when I tried to complain to the IPCC. They, and their operatives such as ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson, are operating outside the law without any scrutiny.

There is no hope of me every recovering from the damage that has been done to me by the evil New Labour government. There is no chance that the Conservatives would be any better for me, and may indeed be a whole lot worse. I face spending the rest of my life living in total squalor. So I am being forced to make that life short. I do not want to kill myself, but continued existence like this is impossible.

Open letter to Gordon Brown, David Cameron and George Galloway

‘Gentlemen’,

This is an open letter to you and is also published on my blog FTAC Watch.
November will bring the first anniversary of my politically motivated imprisonment.
My life was destroyed back in 2003 by the policy of flooding the market for my skills with cheap overseas staff on fraudulent work permits. This led to my bankruptcy, homelessness and serious medical problems.

I have BEGGED for help to repair the damage that you have done, but it has always been refused. As I got ever more desperate you decided that I should be ‘shut-up’ so I was abducted from my home by the police and locked up in a mental ward where I was subject to conditions that could be considered torture.

Even though I won my freedom despite the lies told the medical staff and in particular ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson of Mile End Hospital, I am not able to recover from the trauma of the experience.

The damage done to my life is so great that there is no way to repair it. I cannot go on living like this so I have decided that I have no option left but to take my own life before the end of the year.

Although my elimination will be welcomed by you and I will soon be forgotten, the fight will go on. Far too many people have had their lives destroyed. I hope that one day each and every one of you will be executed for treason.

It will probably end up being ignored or maybe they will send the police to abduct me again. Either way, I am beyond caring. It has become far too much for me. I cannot sleep properly. I cannot concentrate on anything; which is the reason why I cannot continue with the story of my abuse whist in hospital.

I’ve been discharged

Not too sure just what to make of a letter received today from Shirley Browne, the Social Worker that was recommending my indefinite imprisonment at the hands of ‘doctor’ Jonsson at Mile End Hospital.

“I write to inform you than the discharge CPA review was held in your absence and you are now discharged from our team”

So, six months ago, according to ‘doctor’ Jonsson and Shirley Browne, I was suffering from persistent delusional personality disorder that required me to be imprisoned and forcibly treated with strong anti-psychotic drugs and described as ‘chilling’ by Jonsson. Since my release, I have refused to have any contact with the community mental health team whatsoever and send them replies to their letters insulting them. I set up this blog that has allsorts of interesting visitors, some of whom are very worried about me (thank you). Yet they still have enough evidence to come to the conclusion that I am suitable for discharge! Oh Lordy, Lordy! It’s a miracle cure.

One can only speculate on their motives. Is it entrapment? Are they trying to cover their backsides by putting some distance between themselves and me? Or could it be that there was never ever anything actually wrong with me and they have been lying all this time? Whatever they are up to, it won’t be in my best interest.

Now that the children have gone back to school in Westminster, some responses are coming out of them. I hope they had a nice relaxing time because I have not had any sort of break for six years; just continuous poverty and terror.

Mr Brokenshire sent some questions to the Home office and he got a response from David Hanson MP. All the letter does is rehash the same old nonsense that has been published before and includes a reference to the propaganda piece published in the Guardian some years ago.

The Conservative have still not given any indication as to wheatear they intend to continue with this secretive group or close it down. By their silence we can only assume that they will continue with it.

I sent the following e-mail to Mr Brokenshire today.

When I checked my visitor stats today I noticed that someone had came from Google using the search term 'buryj@parliament.uk' This points to the item that my question about the Conservatives not answering questions about their attitude and intentions to continue with the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre. Indeed that search term has my site at the first entry for UK Google; thank you.

Today the internet brought down a gagging order on press reporting. My story of abuse, some parts could be interpreted as torture, at the hands of the New Labour government through the FTAC and at the direct order of ‘doctor’ Jonsson at Mile End Hospital is slowly coming out and is getting a wide following, The next part of my story will appear in the next couple of days. Although I know that my life will be over soon, but I know that my story will remain despite the deletion of the blog.

The Conservatives silence on this matter can only be interpreted as full support for this secretive and vile operation. Is this what the Conservative party really wants? Does the Conservative party support and plan to continue a policy of abducting people from the homes, detaining them in mental hospitals, subjecting them to abuse through personal degradation, forcing dangerous and harmful drugs on people without any legitimate medical reason and fabricating lies and false diagnoses to justify continued detention all for the crime of wanting to work?

I am beginning to feel better about writing some more about the suffering I had at the hands of Jonsson at Mile End Hospital. I have wanted and promised to write more for ages, but when I sit with Word open I feel horrid; I just freeze and cannot write anything. Everyday, every week for months, I spend all day at my computer achieving very little. I struggle to do the simplest tasks; more complex ones generally never get completed. None of it seems worth it.

This inability to do anything infects everything I am working on. I have another project that I use to keep my skills up-to-date and it is a prototype of a potential business. That is if the government would repair the damage it has done so I can operate as a normal human being again. It also serves to show that show that I do indeed have advanced technical skills in database and software design and development as applied to financial products. This is something that ‘doctor’ Jonsson claimed that I did not really have, but was another one of my delusions. He would not allow me to present any evidence to back up anything I said; he just decreed everything to be delusions. I am stuck making progress with that too. Although that is in part because the computer I use for development is old and not powerful enough to handle the current development tools when applied to projects of anything but the smallest size.

I am disgusted by myself; I feel filthy. I often sit and think, “Who is this man that I have become because it is no the real me”. I just don’t understand why this evil government has done this. I was everything that was required of me. I was once a successful, respectable, and very hardworking businessman. Now I am a disgusting wreck living in squalor. I am not responsible for any of this. I did not choose to be out of work, I am not an alcohol or drug abuser, nor did I ‘hear voice’ telling me to do stupid things. I do not believe that initially they specifically targeted me; I was just one of many thousands that were collateral damage of this evil governments policies. Let this be a warning to everyone: it could happen to you.

I have come to terms with the reality that there is no chance of ever escaping this disgusting squalor that I have been forced in to. Future prospects look even direr. Today the Conservatives announced that they would be even more aggressive than the current government at finding ways to contrive reasons for withdrawing or at the very least reducing benefits for people like me. My only option is obvious. However, it is not imminent; I have a lot more trouble to cause with this blog before I am finished.

All I ever wanted to do is earn a living in peace. It is all such a waste – but that is the nature of governments, both Labour and Conservative, in the UK.

Summoned to appear at another CPA review meeting

Mrs Shirley Browne of the Bethnal Green Community Mental Health Team (Tel: 0207 364 1056) wrote to me on the 16 September (letter received 22 September). She is the supervisor of Mr Ramesh Rajoo who normally sends these letters.

This meeting is on the 2 October 2009 at 11:00 to be held at their offices. The letter does not have an address on it, but I know were it is anyway (the Pritchard’s Road Day Centre). Not that it matters because there is no way in hell that I would ever attend such a meeting. An interesting variation is that for the first time it formally acknowledges the involvement of Robbie Forfar of the FTAC.

This is my response:

Dear Mrs Browne & Mr Forfar,

CPA Review – 2nd October, 2009

I presume that you fully understand the request in my last letter to “Please do not attempt to contact me again in anyway whatsoever”. So I take your latest letter as a deliberate insult.

You will not be surprised to learn that I will not be attending. Let me say once again, I shall never attend any meeting at your office or any other, with you, or any other member of the police or NHS.

Let me make my position clear. Your report to the tribunal was flawed because you followed instructions from ‘doctor’ Jonsson to recommend my continued imprisonment. However, the tribunal saw through the lies of Jonsson and totally dismissed your report. The result was that they had no problem ordering my discharge. Furthermore, despite your legal obligations to provide assistance to me when I was discharged from hospital, your department refused to do so. I will not have anything to do with those that abused me.

Given that I will not attend your or anybody else’s offices, I shall now expect you and the police to attempt to abduct me from my home again or take advantage of any opportunity when I leave it. It is truly the mark of an evil fascist state.

I expect I shall need the services of a lawyer again soon. Is there anybody out there that can be trusted? The ones that I have experienced so far have either been supporters of Labour (although some have expressed doubts about their support), or have been too afraid to go up against them.

Further examples of political bias in the public sector

The Times today gives more examples of the blatant political bias that is endemic thought the public sector. It exposes how dozens of union officials are employed at taxpayers’ expense.

It reports that “A Whitehall whistleblower has told The Times that union officials spend time on ‘far-left political campaigns”. It also states that they are given free access to office space, computers and photocopiers.

However, these are not isolated examples. The cancer of left-wing political activities and bias is ingrained in the public sector. Any challenge to the divine perfection of the Labour party will be met with all the spiteful vengeance that any one or group of employees can bestow.

I have had personal experience of this from my imprisonment by ‘Doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson in Mile End Hospital on instructions from the FTAC. The doctors and other medical professionals where selected on the basis political beliefs so that they would make the ‘right’ decision. The tribunal date was deferred until they chair was the wife of a Labour MP. However, that one failed miserably as even a politely biased tribunal saw through his lies and humiliated him with their questions. They had no problem ordering my discharge.

You, yes YOU, have a personality disorder

This page from the Royal College of Psychiatrists will prove it. I defy anyone to look at the details and spot something that might apply to them. For the vast majority of people these are just aspects of their personality; it doesn’t mean that there is anything actually wrong with them. The most successful, or creative, people would clinical cases on the basis of these criteria.

Now look at it another way. If someone pointed out any random individual to you and said, “That person has a personality disorder” you would immediately be fearful and would seek to protect yourself, and, if it was you responsibility, others from them. If the accuser was a medical professional, you would be straight onto the police to have them arrested.

But what if the person pointed to was you? For the safety for the people you have to be arrested and locked up. As we have seen everyone has a personality disorder if those tests are applied to them.

Now imagine the case where a doctor has the objective of detaining someone. The easiest was is to claim they have a personality disorder. Consultant Psychiatrists have an expert knowledge of the supposed criteria for personality disorder and can spin any detail of a person’s life to support one or more of these criteria. Lay people will accept what the doctors say without question. The result is that the subject, it could be you, is indefinitely detained.

This is what happened to me. ‘Doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson was under instructions to detain me by the FTAC. I had five months of him and his underlings trying to contrive ever wilder interpretations of whatever parts of my life they could find out just to make the criteria fit. If they could not find something to twist then they would fabricate something.

In the end he became a laughing stock in the ward where I was being held. The ward staff ended up believing me not him and refused to comply with his instructions when they wrote the report for my second tribunal. The tribunal itself saw through his lies immediately and ‘Doctor’ Jonsson was humiliated by the panels questioning. In the end the tribunal had no problem ordering my discharge.

I very much doubt that my case is unique.

The FTAC are not accountable to anyone

The Fixated Threat Assessment Centre runs rogue without any scrutiny or means to hold them to account. I have found through my sad experiences how they are free to abduct and abuse anyone they chose without any form of accountability. The IPCC do not investigate complaints involving the FTAC. The same goes for the Parliamentary and Healthcare Ombudsman.

Here are my experiences that illustrate what goes on.

After I was released from imprisonment by the tribunal I began to fight back through conventional means. This has proved futile. Prior to my release I had tried to complain to the Healthcare commission, but that was stonewalled.

Upon my release I began the process of complaining to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) regarding the method of abducting me from my home, the lies they told the hospital, and the five months of abuse I suffered. The complaint was registered with the IPCC on 22 April, 2009 (reference: 2009/007514).

I was sent a confirmation letter from a caseworker called Rebecca Tonge (Tel: 0161 246 8554, Email: rebecca.tonge@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk) dated 27 April 2009. The letter stated that the matter was passed to the Directorate of Professional Standards (DPS) and I should hear from the police with 14 days. It will come to no surprise to anyone that I heard nothing from them.

The solicitor that represented me at my tribunal might seem an obvious choice to represent me in an attempt to repair the damage that had been done. What a mistake that was. I shall have more to say about the despicable behaviour of Floyd Porter of Miles and Partners (Tel: 020 7426 0400) latter. Amongst the things he did eventually do is send a chasing letter to the IPCC.

I also chased up the complaint to the IPCC, but was told that the police had only received the case notes on the 8th June. Either the police lied about receiving the original notes in April or the IPCC lied about sending them. Anyway, I was told that there was nothing they could do until the DPS finished their investigations. Every week for over a month I send an e-mail to the IPCC to ask on progress and got the same reply from either Simon Keogh (e-mail: simon.keogh@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk Tel: 020 7166 3979), or his supervisor Shetal Patel (e-mail: shetal.patel@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk) i.e. there is nothing they could do until the DPS responded.

So here is an easy way for the police to get away with anything: don’t respond to complaints and the IPCC is powerless to do anything about it and eventually the problem may go away.

However, at the end of July I got a telephone call from a Mr Nick Balmath of Bethnal Green police station regarding my complaint. He asked if I wanted local resolution, which I declined, and said that he would send off the papers to the appropriate office.

On the 1 August I got a telephone call from a Detective Sergeant Brady (Tel: 020 8345 4309). She said that she was the investigating officer. A few days later I received a letter (date: 03 Aug 2009, ref: PC/03312/09) summarising the points of my complaint. I replied immediately correcting a few details in her letter. Since then there has been nothing.

As soon as there is any reference to the FTAC, all complaints are dropped. The FTAC are free to do whatever they want to anyone and nobody holds them to account for there actions.

Update (14 Sep 2009): Last Monday, I e-mailed the complaints department at the IPCC asking for an explanation. A few hours later that day I got a reply from a Mr Douglas Cleaver who claims to be the Head of Internal Complaints promising to respond to my complaint. A week later and nothing has been forthcoming. I sent another e-mail at 9am this morning; there has sill been no response.

My story – Part I

This is the first part of the story of my imprisonment by the FTAC. It covers my arrest and admission to hospital.

On the 10 November, 2008 between 11am and noon the police came banging on my door. This was the begging of a nightmare experience that showed just how evil the Labour regime is.

Earlier that day I had attended a meeting with a job broker called Work Directions. These are part of the nonsense of supposedly helping people get back to work. All their ‘advice’ consisted of was that there is a dark pool of hidden vacancies and all one had to do is send out speculative applications. I said that this was nonsense and that they were useless and left is some distress. On the way home I admit that I was a little in tears; there is no hope of me ever returning to work. After I had left, work directions had telephoned the police reporting my distressed state. After I had got home I put the coffee machine on and changed clothes to do the housework. I got the vacuum cleaner out, but sat to do the e-mail as I had my first cup of fresh coffee.

Then came the knocking on my front door, but I have a policy of not answering my door unless I am expecting a caller; I just ignore them and generally they get fed up and go away. The police were having none of that and carried on banking on my door and it sounded like they were about to break it down. I went to the door and told them to stop banging and to go away. Obviously, they declined that invitation. I had to open the door otherwise they would have broken it down. At which point they stormed in demanding where the gun was. I have never had a gun; I despise the things. The policeman said that they were told that was armed. I said they were talking nonsense and I said that they were free to search for one. Recognising that they could not get away with that lie, the policeman gave up on that line.

We moved from the hallway to my lounge. I sat at my desk and resumed drinking my coffee. The policeman then ‘invited’ me to go with them to a hospital; I declined. In the frank exchange of views that followed the police office said that they could get a warrant to forcibly remove me from my home. I invited them to do so and asked them to leave. The officer made a start towards the door, but halted and retuned. He then said that he wasn’t going to do that, but he was going to arrest me for breach of the peace instead. He told me to put my shoes on quickly and go with them. I asked if I may change my clothes as I was not appropriately dressed to leave the flat (the clothes I was wearing were those I use for housework etc: dirty and worn out), but he refused to let me. I was not allowed to take anything with me, no wallet or any other money, without my distance glasses, no telephone, or anything else. I had my keys and coat at that was it.

The police showed no concern about leaving my flat in a secure condition. The backdoor was unlooked; the coffee machine and other electrical equipment was left running as was the central heating.

I was marched down the stairs and out the main doors of the block. Once outside the building the police officer then said that I was now no longer under arrest for breach of the peace, but now being detained under section 136 of the mental health act. This is a clear abuse of police powers. Section 136 can only be used in a public place, not for removing someone from their home. The police abused the breach of the peace arrest to get be outside so they could use Section 136. I was then thrown into a van and the door slammed on me.

The van drove for some way before arriving at what I assume was Homerton Hospital in Hackney; I was never told where I was. I was kept in a room with two officers for several hours before I was interviewed by some medical person. During that time the police officers decided to confiscate my flat keys. I do not know if she was a doctor or a nurse; frankly I didn’t care. She asked me numerous questions, but I was not very forthcoming with responses. After the questioning finished the police officers left and I was moved to another room and left. There I remained until about 6pm. They would not admit to that hospital. I understand that it was because I did live in Hackney, but Tower Hamlets. Sometime after 6pm I was bundled into a minibus with an escort and driven to the Royal London hospital casualty department.

At the Royal London, after a sometime sitting on benches I was thrown into a room with a security guard outside. There I stayed for well over two hours before anyone bothered to see me. I was interrogated by three doctors. It was clear from their line of questioning that they had been given a false story by the police about where I was when the arrested me and what I was doing. One line of questioning implied that they thought that I was some sort of vagrant because of the state of my clothing. My explanation that those were my clothes used for dirty jobs was dismissed out of hand. It was clear that they were under instructions to detain me. After these doctors were finished I asked if I might go to the lavatory and the doctors agreed. Every time I had asked before, the security guard refused to let me. Even when I was allowed to go the door had to remain open with the guard watching me. I was left for another hour before being moved on to a third hospital.

I arrived at the Mile End hospital sometime after 10pm. I was taken on to a secure ward, dumped in a chair and told to wait. There I stayed for an hour or more before they could find me a bed. At about midnight I was allocated a room. This ward was to be my prison for nearly five months.

At no point during those twelve hours was I offered any food or drink. I had no opportunity to speak to any legal representative. No explanation of what was happening was given. Once someone is detained their human rights are suspended and they can do whatever they want to you.

The next part of the story will detail the first month of abuse I suffered at the hands of Doctor Ferdinand Jonsson. It will cover the personal degradation I was subject to and the lies to the appeal tribunal by Jonsson and the nursing staff.

Doctor confesses to political influence in clinical decisions

An example of the willingness of doctors to comply with political influence in clinical decisions has been exposed today. The case of Abdelbaset Ali Mohamed al-Megrahi yields political scandal on a daily basis. Today, there are reports that bring doubt to the validity that the medical report that was the basis of his release. Professor Karol Sikora, the medical director of CancerPartnersUK has confessed to the Sunday Telegraph, “The figure of three months was suggested as being helpful”. Duly instructed, that is what the report stated. Meanwhile in Tripoli, Megrahi has been moved out of intensive care.

Such behaviour is endemic thought the medical profession, as my experiences have shown. Doctors in the NHS are far too keen to comply with instructions as to what decisions they should make. In my case the FTAC, through the police, instructed the doctors of East London NHS to detain me and they very willingly complied.

The support from members of the public services that the Labour party enjoys makes this even easier for the government. If anyone makes any statement against the Labour government, they have plenty of willing supporters who will use whatever powers they have to act against the complainant. This is especially true within the police and NHS; both have the power to detain people. In the latter case, the poor detainee is stripped of their human rights and very limited right of appeal to a hugely biased tribunal service. That is why the government created the FTAC.

Where is my story?

One of the reasons that my story has not started yet, apart from being sick for a bit, is that I have an outstanding complaint with the IPCC. The officer handling it, a woman by the name of DS Brady, commented that reporting the case on this blog would undermine the investigation. I originally made the complaint on 22 April, 2009 and it was only on the 1st August , 2009 that they contacted me. Since then I have had no other response. I do not expect a proper investigation; as soon as there is any mention of the FTAC, complaints disappear without trace (like their victims).

Since the IPCC will not act, I have decided that I am no longer constrained on reporting what happened. My story will commence on this blog on the 1st September, 2009. The first part will report how I was abducted from my home for breach of the peace for sitting at my desk, drinking a cup of coffee, dressed and getting organised to do the housework, and then dragged through three hospitals in the east end. It will report how the police lied to the hospitals to ensure a detention. It resulted in me not having a change of clothes, my home unlocked and electrical equipment left running for nearly a month. But that is only the start of the abuse; there is far more to tell.

Summoned to a meeting

I send a reminder e-mail message to the office of Mr Brokenshire which is followed by a number of hits on this blog from addresses known to be the NHS, and then on Saturday I get a letter from Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Ramesh Rajoo (Tel: 020 7364 1183) calling me in for a meeting. Of course, there isn’t a chance in this quantum reality that I would ever attend such a meeting. It maybe that I am not long for this world!

Questions to opposition Members of Parliament

My questions to Grant Shapps were passed to the office of James Brokenshire to answer. It would appear that Mr Shapps has no opinion of the FTAC; so why did he ask questions in the House of Commons?

Someone at the Houses of Parliament (IP: 194.60.38.198) visited my website at about 16:50 on the 17 July 2009. I received a reply from an assistant to Mr Brokenshire called James Bury (buryj@parliament.uk Tel 020 7219 8400, Fax: 020 7219 2043) confirming receipt of my question shortly after, but stating that he was going on annual leave the following week and would attend to the matter upon his return.

I have been busy on another project since then so I have not been able to chase this matter. However, on the 19 August 2009 I sent a reminder to Mr Bury to see if he was going to reply to my questions. I also added brief details of my horrific experience at the hands of the FTAC. On the 20 August 2009 at about 11:12 I had another visit to my site from the same IP address as before; no reply from Mr Bury followed.

However, at about 16:20 of the 21 August, 2009, I have eight visits to the blog from an IP address registered to the NHS (194.176.105.37). They have been to my site before on the 6 July 2009. I can only speculate as to whether these two events are related.

As I type this, I’ve had another two visits to the site from the Houses of Parliament IP address. At long last, I have now received another e-mail from Mr Bury promising that Mr Brokenshire will see my e-mail and I will receive a response. That response will be published on this blog if it actually materialises and provided I have not been imprisoned again.

Update (27 Aug 2009): More of a non-update really. As expected, there has been no response from Mr Brokenshire’s office. Given the lack of response and the fact that this blog was investigated by the NHS shortly after my last query; I can only deduce that the Conservative position on the FTAC is that it fully supports it and it will continue to use the NHS to detain its political opponents. In other news; the Pope is discovered to be a catholic.

‘Doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson – a danger to all.

This is a quick post to show that this blog is very much alive. I’m busy on another project at the moment.

This blog is getting a little bit of traffic; which is very surprising considering the lack of marketing that I have done. However, I have studied the traffic and have concluded that it is mainly the police and health authorities keeping a track of what I am saying in the hope that they can find something they can use to lock me up again.

Today I spotted someone (IP: 78.146.85.139) coming from Google with the search term ‘Ferdinand Jonsson”. This is the ‘doctor’at Mile End Hospital that was responsible for keeping me locked up for five months until a tribunal saw through his lies and ordered my discharge. I shall have a very detailed post on this evil man later. If you, or one of your relatives, have the grave misfortune to have him as a consultant then request to have another one as soon as you can. He is an extremely dangerous man. He should never be trusted. This totally corrupt, incompetent, lying bastard should not be at liberty, and definitely should not be allowed to practice medicine, or to have the honorific ‘Doctor’.

Update (07 Sep 09): This post is the post popular one on this blog. However, many of the visits are from the NHS (IP Address: 194.176.105.37). One could almost say that they are fixated about it. It may be Jonsson ego browsing (which supports a diagnosis of him having grandiose delusions), or he could be checking to see what I am saying about him (which supports a diagnosis of paranoia). Alternatively, it could be fellow members of the NHS having a jolly good laugh at him.

If it is general NHS staff monitoring this blog then the good stuff is coming soon. I shall be naming names right up to the Chief Executive of the East London NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Robert Dolan, who refused my pleas for a meeting to discuss the abuse I was suffering at the hands of ‘doctor’ Ferdinand Jonsson. I suspect that Dolan, like many others, recognised that what Jonsson was doing was seriously wrong, but were desperate to avoid any association with the case. It won’t work.

Update 09 Jun 2010: Would you believe that the NHS keep visiting this page! Guy's have a look at the rest of the blog; I say a lot worse! If you don't like what I say about Jonsson then put me on trial.

Been a bit poorly

Sorry for the lack of updates.

I've had some sort of bug (not piggy flu!) for part of last week and I've fallen behind on another project of mine. So this one has suffered. I should be back with some of the story by the weekend.

I looked at the stats earlier. A few things to note. My stalker at 86.169.62.183 from London has been back today.

Also there was someone in Royal Leamington Spa at 80.189.51.95 did a google search for 'ftac james' the other day and visited my site. The 'james' in question is Doctor David V. James who the senior forensic psychiatrist the FTAC. I must do a whole post on him so that more comes up when people search for him on the internet.

What do we officially know about the FTAC?

One thing that is striking when researching the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) is the total lack of published information about it. A Google search produced a few items, but not much detail.

The Police

On the Metropolitan Police web site there are no pages that admit to the existence of the FTAC. A deeper search reviled only one reference; a sidebar in an article on stalking from an issue from November 2007 of the house journal called ‘The Job’.

The Press

Press coverage has been remarkably absent. Back in late May of 2007 the Mail on Sunday broke the story, and it was subsequently covered by the Times and Telegraph the following day. Their coverage correctly raised the insidious nature of this organisation.

In response to this initial coverage, the Observer cooperated in a piece to cover up the concerns that have been raised.

Since the Observer article there has been virtually no coverage at all in the mainstream media whatsoever. The other security services my look with envy at the ability of the FTAC to avoid any serious scrutiny.

Parliament

Our representatives in parliament have not been too inquisitive either. Hansard reveals that MPs have asked about the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre a grand total of twice. Once shortly after the Mail on Sunday revelation by Tim Loughton and another over two years later by the Conservative MP Grant Shapps. Other than that: nothing. The government forms a police department that abduct people and lock them up in mental hospital and no one of the opposition members challenges them.

Personal accounts

One story that has been picked up by the conspiracy websites has concerns someone who was called in to see their GP. The GP revealed that they had been ordered by the FTAC to ascertain the person’s state of mind. The person in question had sent e-mails to disgraced former home sectary Jaqui Smith calling her a communist. Apparently she had instructed FTAC to ‘deal’ with that person.

The only other case is someone clearly psychotic who admits in their own words to hear voices. We can only assume that all other cases have been locked up so securely that nobody will ever hear from them.

Now there is my story. I shall shortly begin describing what happened to me. What I have to tell will really shock everyone that reads it. I will reveal the lies, abuse and corruption that infest the police and the NHS. I am going to name those that are responsible.

I thought I’d ask Grant Shapps, for his opinions about the FTAC. Since he asked questions in the House of Commons.

I’ve e-mailed him tonight:

Dear Mr Shapps,

I am building a blog about the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) and their behaviour along with that of the medical staff that collaborate with them.

My research on the internet has shown that you have asked questions about FTAC of the responsible minister recently. I would like to ask some simple questions. Please note that your responses or lack of them will be reported on the blog.

1. Where you satisfied with the response you got from the minister?

2. What are your personal opinions of this group?

3. Would a Conservative government allow its continued operation or would it close it down?

As you have probably guessed, my motivation for setting up this blog is because of personal experience. I was held prisoner without justification in Mile End Hospital for five months because of them and the actions of the consultant there, Dr Ferdinand Jonsson. The full details of my case will be published on the blog where I will give details of the abuse I suffered and the lies that were told.

I have tried to make complaints to the parliamentary ombudsman and the IPCC, but they are stonewalling me. My own MP is George Galloway. As you know is a law to himself and has no concerns about the issues of people like me. In the face of such behaviour of official channels, it is time to make use of the new opportunities that the web offers to bring our abusers to account.

UPDATE (14-JUL-09): After following up the e-mail with a post on his website. He did respond. However, it was only to say that his questions where asked in his personal capacity and not as a member of the opposition. He added that he would pass my question on to the Shadow Home Office Minister responsible, James Brokenshire. However, he did not state what his opinions of the FTAC were.

I am yet to recieve any response from James Brokenshire.

FTAC Watch

This blog is under development at the moment.

The Fixated Threat Assessment Centre (FTAC) was formed in October 2006. It is a joint venture between the Metropolitan Police and the National Health Service.

It does not actually detain anyone. That is left to the NHS because detention under the mental health act is not subject to habeas corpus or the human rights act. All that is required is that two doctors have an ‘opinion’ that the person should be sectioned and that is it. In reality FTAC tells the doctors to lock someone up and that is what happens.
