Rushanara Ali MP: Why won't you help me?

I am still here! In a way I am disappointed to still be at liberty. I would like to put on trial because then I would be able to question the people that put me there. I doubt if they will try the mental hospital trick again. The police turn up and say ‘we want a chat’ and when I refuse, they wander off!

Just to cause some mischief, I have e-mailed my new MP, Rushanara Ali, this morning to ask her why she will not help me.
May I ask exactly why you refuse to help me?
  • Is it, like George Galloway before you, I am of the wrong race, or, formally, of the wrong social class?
  • Is it because you believe that anyone who does not agree with the Labour party must be insane and should be locked up?
  • Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for someone to destroy a person’s livelihood and reputation for their own profit?
  • Is it because you believe that it is acceptable to deny people any help to get back to work?
  • Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for Doctors to fabricate diagnosis just to detain people and forcibly medicate them on political orders?
  • Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for Doctors to refuse to give details of a diagnosis and the evidence they used to form it?
  • Is it because you believe that it is acceptable for an MP to refuse to help their constituents out of spite?
I can provide documentary evidence to support everything I have said. I have had my life stolen from me for no reason on my part. I am a completely innocent man who became collateral damage caused by the incompetence and corruption of others.

As always: All I ever wanted to do was to have earned a living in peace.

UPDATE (30 Jun) No reply yet. Typical Labour: Highly discriminatory, lazy and spiteful.

Reminder sent:

I am still waiting for a response to my questions.

How do you reconcile what you are doing to me now and what has been done over the last six years with basic human rights?

All I want is to be allowed to work again. Why is this so wrong?

UPDATE (02 Jul)I have just had an odd call on the mobile. "Hi, is that xxx?" "Yup", say I and the phone goes dead. That is nothing unusual with 3-Mobile. However, there was no return call. A quick check of the web stats to see if it was someone trying to contact me and I find someone from Tower Hamlets on IP Address (91.213.110.4) has visited shortly before finding my site via Google using the search string "labour party Rushanara Ali MP". My site is on the first page! Nice one Googlebot.

  1. I totally understand your disappointment.

It's unlikely that they will attempt to section you again since they are not confident that they can demonstrate a medical mental illness. And they know that if they did put you back in the psych hospital that the staff would have a very difficult time maintaining the charade.

Their tactic will be to attempt to demonstrate a pattern of behaviour. They will attempt to describe your behaviour as both stalking and escalating. They will issue you with restraining orders that have particular conditions. Since they know that you are online they will attempt to totally gag you.

You would study the conditions and find that there were still ways that you could publicise your situation.

Then they would claim that although you may have technically abided by the conditions of the restraint order that they were nonetheless fearful and thus victims of stalking. Then they can circle back to the restraint order because there will be a condition protecting the applicant from harassment.

This is where I am at the moment. I need to be able to convince a magistrate that the applicants cannot credibly claim that they are in mortal fear. I fully concede that my intention is to provoke. And I say that any fear that the applicants have is that they fear being exposed for what they are.

If you get to this stage in court, and I hope you do, you will be amazed. You will think you are back in an an infant school playground. And just like in the playground the bullies will this time be trying to provoke you. I can't overstate how infuriating this can be. You have to be very prepared for this and exercise iron restraint. Otherwise you can easily become so disorientated that you can actually go mad.

  2. OK, you haven't been nabbed yet. I'm assuming that you are doing a bit of cage rattling that you aren't mentioning on this blog (?)

  3. Rod, "You might very well think that; I couldn't possibly comment".

  4. Have you considered listing the FTAC as one of the things for the ConDems to look at in their latest initiative?

It might do no good, but you never know...

  5. Hi Julia,

Interesting suggestion, but doomed to failure. If you scan back through this blog you will find plenty of evidence to show that the existence of the FTAC is fully supported by all MP’s. In fact it was Cameron’s office that referred one of my e-mails to the police that was used as justification to detain me.

However, as you say, you never know until you try. So I have looked on the site and someone has already made an entry suggesting the abolition. I have registered and I shall make a comment this morning.
